Stay was nice, would have appreciated a more comfy room for the price.
Pros:

The view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. The city at night looks beautiful and paired perfectly with our romantic dinner.

Cons:

Our room looked old, the hotel has gone through a lot of renovations but guess our wing was not modernized yet. Just looked llke no major enhancements were made since it was first built.

Don't care if you have travel changes beyond your control. Don't pay in advance so you can cancel.
Pros:

The facility although older is comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I had travel plan changes and tried to call the hotel 6 times on Sunday morning to change my reservation. The only thing I got on the phone was the automated attendant and nothing but ringing phones otherwise. So as a result, I lost a day of my reservation and had to pay an extra day costing me over 200 UISD. Not happy and probably won't stay here again. Not happy with Booking.com either they were no help.
