La estancia en el hotel estuvo correcta, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y cordial, desde que llegamos hasta que nis fuismo. La habitación estaba bien, la cama fue muy comoda y la instalaciones y salones compartidas del hotel son preciosas. La ubicación es genial ya que está cerca de los principales centros comerciales de la ciudad lo cual hace que movere en coche sea práctico.
Tenía expectativa respecto a ciertas cosas en este hotel que no se han cumplido. La primera es que al llegar a la habitación esta tenía un fuerte olor (por no decir mal olor) a humedad. El baño no tenía gel de ducha para bañarte , tuvimos que partir a la mitad un pequeño jabón de manos para poder usarlo en la ducha. Otro punto fue el desayuno, esperaba un poco más de variedad, estuvimos en varios hoteles en el viaje a Honduras y sin duda este desayuno fue el menos variado. Además, el personal del catering por la mañana no fue nada agradable, las chicas te atendían sin siquiera mirarte a la cara, muy mal. Además me pasó algo desagradable con el botones, que al ayudarnos hasta la habitación con las maletas y al darle una propina, puso una mala cara de disgusto porque seguramente le dimos menos de lo que esperaba, lo cual es de muy mala educación. Soy de San Pedro Sula y sé lo que el Copantl representa para la ciudad, y al ser la primera vez que me hospedaba ahí, esperba un poco más, al menos que las personas te atentiede lo hangan de forma amable, ya que lo que se paga por hospedarse en el Copantl no es nada barato.
