Personal muy amable, a 5 minutos de la playa caminando.

Very comfortable, no problems whatsoever. Staff was friendly, very helpful, and readily available. Hotel offers bookings to various activities, laundry services, and lots of other things to make the trip enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Did not like it at all,4 set of long steps to get to your room,poor shower and staff lives at 8 pm...also expensive to get to from the airport

Very nice property, it’s kind of on a Main Street (I guess) so you hear a little bit more of the scooters at night but everyone is usually in by 12/1 am. I felt safe. It was about a 5-7 minute walk uphill (not bad at all) to west bay beach. I loved it, and will be revisiting

When I was looking at hotel for my birthday trip to Roatan I came across this hotel and I booked it I have to say it was a great hotel from the first night stay to my last night stay . When I checked in the front desk agent Larissa was professional and friendly upon my check in. After check in Larissa walked me around to my room made sure everything was in order. Also Larissa was able to recommend restaurants and things to do on the island. The room was clean the shower worked hot water was good and plentiful. Larissa also informed me there sister hotel had a hotel shuttle that came every morning. So that helpful as it was on the beach. Very nice views from the floor. Also a shout out to Rosalina the housekeeper she kept me stocked with towels and any thing the room needed. It was a great stay I can’t rave enough about this hotel and your amazing staff also their was another lady that worked when Larissa was not there and she was also amazing and very helpful. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Clean and good location to half moon bay. 2 blocks of walking, safe area. Food all around.

Fue una experiencia diferente. No me abaso tanto en el hotel me abaso en las playas. Pero ya no se ba apoder viajar a Roatán muchos me dijero cuando me yebaban en taxi que las playas tienen dueño. Osea todo esta privatizadas ya no hay para escojer de decir bamos a bañar ayi. La verdad es una lastima.

The property has all the basic needs, hot shower, comfy bed, spacious rooms. Hotel is in the 3rd floor of the turtle building so be prepared to climb sets of stairs. When we walked in the rooms smelled clean with a bleach smell. Eventually through our stay we did get really bad smells of sewage and old dirty pipes. We did let the staff know, they said they were being fixed. Other than that the place doesn’t offer any restaurant or food, but there is a small Asian restaurant in the first floor and a gas station right next door. It is conveniently located super close to the famous west end bars and restaurants. If you’re traveling on a low budget, this is the place for you.
