Clean spacious apartment with helpful staff
Pros:

Nice clean room , the apartment with kitchen was having very small kitchen platform for doing small and quick cooking of breakfast or snacks.
Hardly some staff was seen in apartment area but one encounter with a housekeeping staff was good, she was very friendly and helpful while helping us on refilling tea coffees, a quick service.
Apartment and nearby area was clean and convenient to travel though reaching here walking from hl nadrazi if you have trolly pull luggage is inconvenient due to uneven and a bit elevated road so prefer a cab hire if any old age person with you. Room was having elevated duplex bedroom and kitchen and sofa cum bed in lower level which made it unique and looking more spacious

Cons:

Noting bad which I don’t like, except a good supermarket nearby like few steps away was missing. A small shop in same building is there with limited grocery items incase of emergency

Excellent location and comfort
Pros:

Everything was great. The location is perfect - close to metro station and tram stops connecting you to different parts of the city. There is a very comfortable courtyard.

Great value and comfy stay
Pros:

Amazing value in great location, very quiet but still offering ear plugs. Aircon was a big plus during the heatwave !

Amazing, clean and spacious but staff could’ve been better
Pros:

It was absolutely amazing, very spacious and clean. smelt amazing and the aircon was a god send!

Cons:

there were no staff around the whole time i never seen them until they delivered somebody’s things to the wrong room (ours) i then asked for extra pillows and another remote for the living room when they came back to collect the things they accidentally dropped off and they also never came.

Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение апартаментов, в целом все понравилось. Но могла бы посоветовать в шкафу добавить вешалки для одежды и так же в ванной комнате отсутствует стаканчик для зубных щеток к примеру, мы использовали из кухни бокал))

Cons:

Der var ingen hjælp at få da ac ikke virkede og der var 40 grader. Vi skrev frem og tilbage med forskellige medarbejdere i 1,5 døgn, da der ikke er reception eller andet personale på stedet, som lovede der ville komme en tekniker og kigge på ac,- der kom aldrig nogen. Vi bad så om at blive flyttet til et værelse hvor ac virkede, - de vendte aldrig tilbage. Ingen i familien, der inkluderer 2 børn sov ordentligt de 2 nætter.

Very satisfactory. Good quality for the money.
Pros:

Room met all of my expectations and requirements. I booked it because my home does not have air conditioning, and the record heat on that weekend was going to be difficult for me to handle without it. So it was a very good solution.

Cons:

The only one thing I might suggest is to somehow adjust the air conditioning, because sometimes it was very cold. And when I tried to use the remote control to reduce the air conditioning, it didn't really seem to have any effect. So I ended up just turning it off for periods of time and then turning it back on again. But otherwise, really everything just great.

Superbe expérience mais confort du canapé lit laisse à désirer...
Pros:

L'emplacement, l'appartement est très bien occupé et décoré avec goût.
Au vu de la canicule Nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait de la climatisation. L'accès avec le code a bien fonctionné très pratique. Bel immeuble bien rénové.
Charmant duplex et taille de l'appartement était idéal

Cons:

Le canapé lit était de mauvaise qualité. Une fois couchée assez confortable mais la position du matelas n'était pas tout à fait à. plat. Toute la structure (du métal sur les côtés) rend l'accès difficile, on se blesse facilement. En plus il grinçait au moindre mouvement.
Etant donné que vous proposez 2 couchages il serait bien de s'assurer que le canapé lit est de bonne qualité et presque comme un lit fixe.
