Pros:

Приехали на заселение, оплатили за проживание, и тут оказывается что наш семейный номер занят. Как так?? Нашу бронь подтвердил оператор отеля в течении 15 минут после бронирования на сайте. Девушка на рецепшне заявила , что наш номер был забронирован дважды , это накладка и такое бывает. Наш номер уже занят и предложила другой номер «более дорогой» . Там 2 кровати, но нас трое. Карл, трое!!!!!!! Ну ничего принесём раскладушку (((( Нет мы не согласились!!! После не долгого скандала, нас заселили всё-таки в номер Семейный , который как-то оказался пустым((( В общем настроение нам подпортили. А так , все нормально, но слышимость сумасшедшая. Как будто кто-то ходит не в коридоре , а в вашей комнате. Переночевать на один раз.

Best to avoid
Pros:

Beautiful hotel but simply terrible experience. When we areived there was no electricity. It took over an hour to fix and with no complementary gifts of even words of apology. We were eventually give the wrong room. The manager told us we should just push the two single beds in the room together if we needed a double bed, which we paid for. There was no minibar, as was stated, the floor was dirty, there were no toiletries. Wd had to ask and even then were met with rude responses. There were no black out curtains as were stated. Overall, the worst hotel staff ive ever encountered. Such a shame, because this hotel has potential to be amazing.
