Bettwanzen!!!
Cons:

Nach der ersten Nacht entdeckten wir Bettwanzen in der Unterkunft. Es war uns anfänglich nicht möglich, den Vermieter zu erreichen. Erst über YAYS Deutschland (bei dem wir wohlgemerkt NICHT gebucht hatten), konnte Kontakt hergestellt werden. Uns wurde anschließend angeboten, den gesamten Buchungsbetrag zurück zu erhalten (was einer gesetzlichen Vorschrift entspricht). Uns wurde jedoch KEINE Erstatzunterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt oder eine solche vermittelt. Stattdessen wurde uns angeboten, dass wir noch in der besagten Unterkunft bleiben könnten, was wir natürlich ablehnten.

Alles in allem ein untragbarer Umstand, mit dem wir vor Ort alleine gelassen wurden.
Wir zogen natürlich sofort aus der Unterkunft aus, reinigten das gesamte Reisegepäck und bekamen von YAYS einige Tage später die Nachricht, dass lediglich eine Matraze ausgetauscht wurde.

Viel spaß dem nächsten Mieter dieser Unterkunft mit den vermutlich immernoch vorhandenen Bettwanzen.

Très bon séjour je recommande
Pros:

Super appartement spacieux avec deux belles chambre
Bis proche pour rejoindre le centre ville en 10/15 mins

Cons:

C’était en rez de chaussé baies vitrées donnant sur rue c’est courant au pays bas mais bizarre même si les rideaux occultent

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto l' appartamento, moderno e dotato di tutti i confort. L' unico difetto è che è lontano dal centro e serve un mezzo per spostarsi. Ci sono locali per cena e colazione ma manca un supermercato nelle vicinanze

Chouette emplacement au calme, un bel appartement.
Pros:

Bel appartement au calme après des journées à sillonner la ville c’était super.
Le lit de la chambre super confortable.
La cuisine bien équipée.
Les produits d’hygiène au top.

Cons:

Le canapé lit est moyennement confortable.
L’emplacement est sympa mais sans vélo c’est vite usant de faire l’aller retour vers le ferry. Les loueurs au pied du ferry sont tops, pas trop chers et c’est tellement chouette de vivre comme les Amstelodamois avec ce ferry vers le centre historique !

Für eine kleine Familie bis max4 Personen gut geeignete Unterkunft für einen Amsterdam Kurztrip
Pros:

Die Einrichtung war ansprechend, die Küche gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Trockentücher, Spültabs, Salz, Pfeffer, Backofen-Micro-Kombination…), die Betten bequem, die Aussicht auf das Wasser vom Balkon aus. Verkehrsanbindung ok

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig (wir konnten über die Lüftung die Gespräche der Nachbarwohnung hören, diese waren zum Glück keine Nachtschwärmer), Ich hatte einen Silberfisch in meinem Bett (ansonsten war es aber wirklich sauber- ich ekele mich leider schnell), der nächste Bäcker/ Lebensmittelmarkt ist mind. 10 Min Fußweg entfernt
