Overall, the hotel was very clean and well-lit. The staff were friendly and helpful and the complementary breakfast was delicious! We loved the refrigerator full of water bottles (we went through a million of them).
The beds were pretty firm. I slept fine, but one of my more sensitive friends couldn’t sleep much, so that was tricky. Also, my sheets were stained and had holes in them, and there were a lot of markings on the walls and curtains.
I thought it was worth it. The hotel is too far from the main attractions of the city to walk, so we had to take a Grab everywhere. The only restaurant within walking distance was the only awful place we ate the whole time we were in Thailand, so that was a bummer, too.
Flexibility to change room.

Front staff were so kind and mindful. The room had enough space to take rest.

Staffs are very nice and helpful. All staffs can communicate in English.
Toilet is a bit dirty at the corners. Guests can hear voices from the room next door. Wi-Fi was unavailable the day before we checked out.

i like the free bottles of water, coffee/tea/chocolate machine and good breakfast.
I had booked a TRIPLE room with Mountain View for 4 nights, paid THB 11,844 to be shared with two other friends because it looked very spacious and nice rooms in their website. BUT upon checking in, our triple rooms were smaller than my friend who had double bed room. We were supposed to have three sharing in the triple room but the room and bed were so small that one of my friend went to sleep with friends who had king size bed and much bigger room.
This was very disappointing because the triple room was bad value for money ... will not book TRIPLE ROOM in this hotel again ..
The breakfast crew was outstanding! They kept asking us to prepare special dishes for us, just went the absolute extra mile. Kudos to them!

the location was perfect for me. close to the city but just outside of the city to enjoy some rest.
there was a water issue for more then 2 days. the guy at the reception could not speak English at all and provided no effort to explain the situation. 2 days not be able to shower is absurd. and as compensation i got 200 bath. Wish i gave to the personal from the restaurant Pek and. Pong were the ones that made me stay in that hotel otherwise i would have left. Especially Pek he has such a lovely energy and vibe and is really helpful.
Nice mid range hotel. Condition moderate in some areas but generally ok. Rooms are a bit small as they have a small self contained kitchen. Breakfast was ok.
