Pros:

地理位置很棒，位於西區中心地帶，附近生活機能絕佳

Cons:

浴室的區域沒有做高低差，也沒有做排水設施，導致地板永遠都是濕的，且浴室地板兩次各連接到房間至洗手間，剛好位於中間，尤其室內拖鞋又是一般紙拖鞋，且沒有防滑腳踏墊，所以每次走路都要很小心避免滑倒（即使拿布擦過了，但由於地板材質是平滑磁磚，仍無法全乾，且每次使用過都要蹲在地上擦地板真的很辛苦）

ツインルームを１人で利用
Pros:

朝食会場が混んでなくて良かった、室内が石の床でしたが、清掃がゆき届いて良かった、給湯もしっかり熱いお湯が出て良かった、飲み物用の水や粉末飲料、ティーパックなど揃っていて良かった。ツインルームを１人で利用したが、ツイン料金でも十分リーズナブルな料金で良かった。

Cons:

照明のスイッチが、特殊で、使い方がいまいち分からなかった。部屋の照明が暗かった。エアコンの音がうるさく、寝るときはオフにせざる得なかった。テイクアウトして買って来た食品を、フロントで電子レンジで温めてもらったが、そのようなサービスを表示してくれると、不安にならず良いと思うし、自由に使える電子レンジを何処かに置いていただけると嬉しい。
