雖然就近勤美但周圍停車不便

價錢中(以居住感與環境)，鄰近勤美

Cons:

廁所雖有乾濕分離但淋浴時水容易積在馬桶周圍，房間地板灰塵較厚，手機靜置一晚，可以看見屏幕上有明顯遍佈灰塵。中央空調冬季沒有暖氣，空調調高溫度也很冷。
