若有自助式早餐會好一點。可能因為在市區空間有限。早餐不錯吃，但飲料不要只有奶茶，因為有的人不能喝奶茶。

個人出遊，除了早餐的更改，其他整體不錯。

Cons:

本次是透過Booking訂房，預訂的是含早餐的方案，但到現場才知道因為自助餐廳在整修，所以是訂外面的早餐店「甲尚宝」。但這個部分在訂房網站上完全沒有告知，訂房後也完全沒有通知或再詢問確認，一直到入住當下確認餐點才知道，讓住宿的人感受非常不好。

極差的住宿體驗

這次的住宿體驗與網站上的照片落差非常大，實際入住後有些失望。

首先，一進住宿區域就能聞到走廊有明顯且濃厚的煙味，房間實際空間比照片看起來小很多，整體燈光也較昏暗，進入房間後還有一股不太好聞的味道，吊燈設計在床頭上讓人有有壓迫感。

房內空調運轉的聲音非常大，晚上睡覺時持續受到噪音影響，睡眠品質很差。浴室排水狀況也不理想，洗澡後容易積水。

另外，房間的清潔狀況需要加強，許多地方都可以看到明顯灰塵，讓人感覺沒有仔細打掃。

整體而言，網站照片與實際住宿環境有明顯落差，不論是房間空間、環境氣味、設備噪音、浴室排水及清潔度，都與原先看照片時的期待差距很大。希望業者能改善環境清潔與設備問題，也建議網站照片能更貼近實際住宿狀況，讓旅客訂房前可以有較真實的判斷依據。

Location and nice staff

Cons:

The air-conditioner didn't function properly. Outside temperature was over 35 degree, I expected a cool room after turning on A/C in about 30 mins. However, the temperature inside maintained 26 or 27 degree overnight. It was not easy to have a nice sleep.

草悟道エリアにリーズナブルに泊まりたい方のみにおすすめ
Pros:

草悟道、市民広場にとても近い。誠品書店にもすぐ立ち寄れ、バス停も角を曲がるとすぐあり、とても便利でした。フロントスタッフもとても感じが良かったです。

Cons:

ベッドサイドにコンセントがなかったこと、窓がかなり汚れていたこと。カーテンや室内備品類も古く、あまり清掃が行き届いてない印象でした。
床面積は広めでしたが、主にバスルーム、トイレ、洗面台の後ろにスペースが割かれていて、ベッド周りは狭く、スーツケースを広げる場所がギリギリ、結果あまりくつろげないお部屋のつくりでした。
1階ロビーもチェアは1人用が1脚のみでした。
