Best property on long set beach - the staff were so helpful kind and friendly- highly recommend

Nous avons passés trois 3 nuits à Koh Rong et et avons décidé de prendre cet établissement pour sa proximité avec le débarcadère. L’hôtel mérite quelques améliorations concernant la décoration un peu froide dans la chambre, l’évacuation de la douche qui n’était pas optimale, le manque d’une paroi de douche, d’une vraie porte pour la salle de bain, ainsi qu’un espace pour sécher ses affaires et la literie qui n’était pas confortable du tout. Cela dit nous avons adoré les prestations de l’hôtel, telles que les transats sur la plage, les options de restauration, les piscines, la salle de sport ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. Un hôtel qui nous a permis de nous détendre tout en profitant de la beauté des plages de l’île. Petit clin d’œil à MAC, le chien mascotte de l’hôtel qui vient se baigner avec vous lorsque vous lui demandez et qui ramasse les déchets.

This was a lovely bungalow style property right on long beach and the pier was right next to the property so easy to get to! And the staff meet you at the port and help with your bags.
Room was lovely and spacious and the robes were fantastic.
Unfortunately the shower didn’t drain very well so after 2 people showering you did have a slight pool situation.
The staff were very friendly but the restaurant staff were not particularly attentive, often having to gain their attention to order food but this seemed to be a running theme on the island at other places.

The beach and the sun beds are fabulous. Breakfast was included, lovely selection of fruits with a ramen and omlette stand. Hot buffet section was minimal. Basic breakfast but nice. Would recommend this place.

Resort is set in a beautiful part of LongSet beach and within walking distance to the pier. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating but the best staff member was a sweet resident resort dog named mack who played and swam in the ocean and was always on the search for more belly rubs from hotel guests.

We have spent a wonderful time there with our family. The rooms are very clean. The people are so kind. The breakfast was very delicous.

Perfecte locatie, mooie kamers, super vriendelijk personeel , prima zwembaden ,regelmatig BBQ op t strand georganiseerd.
Leuke eettentjes en restaurants in de omgeving Uitstekend strand , bedjes , voldoende parasollen etc. ..

Very friendly staff who gave solid advice. It appeared to be the best property on beautiful Long Set Beach. A bit expensive, but nice pool and beach area and the food was good.

We loved the resort! It was beautiful and the beach was stunning. The staff was wonderful! Especially Chan Ny. He was very attentive and accommodating for us. We did have one safety issue/ concern with an unwanted guest on the property. The staff took care of this immediately and after the one issue- it was not a problem again. The only recommendation that I would have is to enclose the gyn so that there are no mosquitos (it was swarming every day) and so that the air conditioner works. The air conditioner was running every day, but because the gym is not kept enclosed, it did not work very well and I am sure it was expensive to the resort. They are working on expanding and building at the moment, but it never did disrupt our vacation and it was great to see that this place is doing well. I would definitely return!

Det er et autentisk med lokale ansat, der er stille og roligt med fantastisk udsigt over bugten plus eminent service - vi nyder og værdsætter det autentiske og havde et helt igennem skønt ophold - vi kommer igen👍😃

Cadre paradisiaque, personnel aux petits soins et très attentionné, et logement au top! (Donnant sur une piscine via terrasse)

Soggiorno meraviglioso, camera ampia e pulita giornalmente con affaccio sulla piscina. Colazione ampia e varia, ristorante in loco di ottima qualità (seppur un po’ caro). Spiaggia privata in un tratto incantevole con ombrelloni e lettini per tutti gli ospiti. Sup gratuiti, Ping pong e palestra. Possibilità di noleggio scooter direttamente dentro al resort. Staff super gentile e disponibile anche nell’organizzare i vari transfer. Note dolenti sono solo due e non relative al resort stesso: la presenza di numerose sand flies in spiaggia e zanzare alla sera (necessario ricoprirsi di olio di cocco e autan perlomeno a gennaio) e la poca insonorizzazione tra le camere (una mattina siamo stati svegliati dalla sveglia lasciata in camera a suonare dei nostri simpatici vicini maleducati, da considerare se avete il sonno leggero).

Awesome staff

Amazing stay at this beautiful resort. We woke each morning to a fresh, delicious and varied breakfast buffet that had lots of options for our vegetarian daughter as well. Staff were exceptionally friendly and Mr Sim went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional by helping us book a van tour and snorkelling.

The property sent representatives to the ferry dock to meet us and to take our luggage to the hotelStaff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Food was overall good although limited options for vegetarians. The hotel also arranged tours for our family.

On a passé 4 jours magnifiques au Long Set Resort, tout est canon !
Les chambres super confortables qui donnent directement DANS la piscine, la plage à l'eau turquoise, les transats sous les palmiers, le restaurant quasiment les pieds dans la mer et puis on a adoré la gentillesse et le sourire du personnel !
On y a passé la soirée de Noël, ils avaient organisé une soirée spéciale avec concert, animations et on a tous allumé des lanternes qu'on a envoyées dans le ciel ! Nous n'avons qu'une hâte, c'est d'y retourner!
