Værten var super sød og ville gerne hjælpe med navigation mm.
Værelset var ikke klargjort, og vi fik ikke det værelse vi havde bestilt, da han godt vidste at det ville være for småt, hvorfor han gav os et andet værelse mod mere betaling.
Lugtede af røg i opgangen, som rodede meget

Hôtel très bien placé à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Pas le grand luxe mais chambre propre et la personne est très agréable et porté de bons services.

Everything is good but the hotel has no nameplate. So it was very difficult for me to find it out.

Bij aankomst (15:00 uur) niemand aanwezig. Receptie gevuld met lege dozen en afval. Geen ontbijt of eet mogelijkheden. Kamer met uitzicht op verlaten rangeerterrein. Konden niet inchecken; een mijnheer in korte broek (gast? medebewoner?) kwam op ons geroep. Sprak slechts Pools, kon ons niet helpen. Telefonisch kontakt ("receptionist bellen) ging totaal niet. Zijn na 30 minuten ellende weg gegaan iop zoek naar een ander hotel.
Pure oplichterij! Plushotel was dit; hotel plus zit heel ergens anders. Dat had ik geboekt, maar ik kreeg deze zooi als adres.

Staff very helpful. He became available to help us even we getting there at 2am and also printed my boarding pass and left it at my room as I asked as a favor.

Po skończonej pracy (godzina 22.00) zastaliśmy pokój de luxe w stanie: bez ogrzewania, bez ręczników, bez kloszy na lampach. W pokoju było zimno, śmierdziało papierosami, łazienka nieogrzewana.
O 22.00 usłyszeliśmy, że mamy iść na 40 minut do sklepu, w tym czasie Pan wniesie nam do pokoju grzejnik i nagrzeje.
Zrezygnowaliśmy z pokoju o tak kiepskim standardzie (w opisie de luxe), a mimo to pieniadze zostały nam z konta ściągnięte.
Fatalnie. Odradzamy!!!

Esperienza da incubo. Non e un hotel peggio di un ostello. In una zona molto deprimente . Il manager non sempre presente in struttura fa quello che puo ma sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Ripeto non e un hotel. E un affitta camere.

Katastrofa, temperatura 10C w pokoju, krzyki w nocy, proszenie się o dodatkowe źródło ciepła, przekleństwa w stosunku do innych osób. Brak ciepłej wody wieczorem. Nie polecam. Katastrofa.

Other than the really helpful manager (who seemed to only be available over the phone) this place cannot be recommended. There was mould in the bathroom which you could smell if the door was open. The bed is uncomfortable. There is no signage for the hotel so it is very easy to miss. The area does not feel safe for first time visitors to Kraków. When googling the hotel after leaving, I found another two hotels (different names), in the exact same address and using the same picture of the building.

Bardzo udany krótki wypad weekendowy.

pokoje ok, czysto. Jeśli chodzi o pozostałą cześć hotelu (jeśli tak można to nazwać) - tragedia, śmierdzi i ogólny bałagan. Właściciel, miałem wrażenie ze ciągle nas nachodzi, na pewno tam nie wrócimy.

Not easy to find the hotel but in general very nice.

Personal obefintligt ägaren kom efter ett tag sedan vi ankommit med taxi sedan fick vi inge mer kontakt med honom . Vi försökte några gånger att få kontakt ! Vi klarade oss själva ink.sen utcheckning på eftermiddag . Problem att få taxi att hitta dit bla. var adressen inte korekt tur att vi hade tydlig beskrivning med oss. Men 11 personer vi har fått oss en lite udda upplevelse av hotell vistelse . PS. Badrummen var jätte fina.

Siamo stati accolti da un proprietario molto gentile e premuroso. Purtroppo la struttura era parzialmente in restauro, però le camere erano spaziose e comode.

Esto no es un hotel.Es un edificio con habitaciones en un suburbio deprimente.

The room was great! Much space, comfortable.
The bathroom however is nice but not very comfortable. No space to put any of your own staff and no shower box so all ground gets wet during shower. Light is automatically and is because of this always off..
I really enjoyed my stay just you should know before it is not a hotel mentality but rather a family business atmosphere and that is nice! Just not if you expect a tightly organized hotel.
It is not very close to the market but 20/30 min walking.

Althought it was a bit difficult to find the hotel, we had a great impression with our room and all the facilities. It has an small kitchen where you can cook and use the microwave if you want to eat something in your room. Friendly staff.

I would recommend it without any doubt.

Very reasonably priced, basic but comfortable, spacious room with ensuite in quiet residential area: a fifteen minute walk and then public transport or an inexpensive taxi ride away from Old Town.
Served as a great base for our holiday.

Reception did not mention I had already paid for hotel through Expedia..He accepted second payment through my wife's
