Pros:

Nettes Personal. Zimmer sind sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gute Bus/S-Bahnverbindung

Pros:

Wir haben vier Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Positiv waren das schöne Zimmer, die sehr bequemen Betten und die gute Anbindung an das Prager Stadtzentrum, das man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa 20–25 Minuten erreicht.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einiges zu bemängeln. Das Frühstück war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sehr enttäuschend: eine sehr kleine, bescheidene Auswahl und nicht einmal richtiges Brot, sondern nur aufgebackene Semmeln. Hier gibt es definitiv viel Luft nach oben.
Der Wellness- und Spa-Bereich war ebenfalls eher bescheiden, und sämtliche Angebote mussten extra bezahlt werden.
Besonders enttäuschend war der fehlende Zimmerservice: Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt, die Handtücher nicht gewechselt und sogar das Toilettenpapier ging aus. Auch das Personal wirkte wenig aufmerksam und nicht besonders motiviert. Zusätzlich lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig ab.

Sajnos a tukros ejjeliszekrènyek el voltak torve ami balesetveszyes volt igy a gyerek elvàgta a kezèt ! Erdemes lenne ezeket kicserelni mert egyebkent a szallas maga nagyon szep es igènyes !

Jó, viszont igényesebb takarítás kellene, ugyanis hol a wc dugul el, hol nem megy le a víz a zuhanyzóban, mert rengeteg

Nyugodt környezetben van, választékos volt a reggeli

Cons:

Nagyon kevés a parkolási lehetőség, illetve a személyzetnek sokkal jobban felkészültnek kellene lennie a helyi dolgokkal kapcsolatban. Pl, hogy a parkolás hogyan működik az utcán, mert ilyennel még sosem találkoztam, hogy az éjszaka közepén is fizetni kell érte. És ha a recepciós srácnál nem jártunk emiatt csak 3x, akkor egyszer se. Legyen up to date-k a személyzet, mert a srác is először (tudjuk, hogy nem direkt szoval dont worry) rosszul mondta és simán megbüntethettek volna minket.
Illetve a takarító személyzet is végezhetné jobban a munkáját, mert a víz is alig akart lefolyni a tusolóban.

Мы остались в полном восторге от этого уютного отеля! ❤️ Здесь царит особая атмосфера уюта, спокойствия и гостеприимства. Очень приятный и приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки и тишина, позволяющая по-настоящему расслабиться и отдохнуть.
Отдельный плюс — удобное расположение: совсем недалеко находится трамвайная остановка, откуда легко и быстро можно добраться до центра города.
Прекрасное место для комфортного отдыха! С удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз и с радостью рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ценит уют, гостеприимство и спокойную атмосферу. 🌷

Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit tollem Frühstück. Es war eine Küchenzeile im Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Tee und Kaffee lagen bereit. Ein Geschirrspüler war auch integriert. Spültabs und Geschirrtuch hätte man sicherlich an der Rezeption bekommen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Betten waren bestens. An der Rezeption konnte man das Nötigste (Getränke, Zahnbürsten etc) kaufen. Im Außenbeleuchtung befindet sich eine große Terrasse, eine Sauna und ein Whirlpool. Sauna, Whirlpool und Massagen konnte man relativ spontan buchen.

Cons:

Nix zu meckern.

Hoe de kamer eruit zag, mooi koninklijk

Super vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Het was een ombouw, het bed erin was best gaar en kraakte bij het omdraaien.

De welness moesten we best veel voor bij betalen dus die hebben we niet geboekt. Beetje jammer gezien de prijs van deze kamer hadden we verwacht dat het erbij in zat.

Het ontbijt was prima. De badkamer was wel weer heel mooi.

Opravdu krásný pokoj, příjemné prostředí na recepci moc milí pracovníci. I když mám malinké výtky, tak jsou to drobnosti a určitě se na hotel vrátím. ❤️

Cons:

Zakoupila jsem si koupel Kleopatra a byla příjemná, ale příště doporučuji pustit nějakou uklidňující hudbu a možnost menšího občerstvení v podobě ovoce. Na pokoji jsem viděla celkem prach. Ale to jsou drobnosti, moc se na hotelu líbilo 😊

Wir waren sehr zufrieden u. würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das preisleistungsverhältniss, das Frühstück unser Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Wir waren 1 Nacht dort und konnten direkt vor der Tür kostenlos parken.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns gestört hat. Die Lage war zwar außerhalb der Stadt und man brauchte seine Zeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dort hinzu kommen, aber das haben wir gewusst und deshalb war es für uns i.O.
