Hotel is a mess and disgusting.
Pros:

Didn't stay. Service was appalling, they mucked up the booking and tried to blame iit on expedia. We clearly booked a double room but they had given the last one away. When we complained we didn't want seperate beds they found a room out the back by the kitchen. Even though thry were blaming expedia they offered to discout tve rate by $20. However the new room was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting, no towels, bed linen was stained and floor / window sills were a mess. Receptionist was rude and there is no WiFi connection throughout the Hotel, unless you are sitting in the reception area. There was no way we were going to stay there!! We complained and asked not to be charged as the place was not as advertisef abd not up to standard. Again they claimed expedia was to blame and that we would have to take it up with thrm. Awful hotel, awful service, would never recommend!!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Comfortable, nice breakfast and helpful staff.

Pros:

No ocupamos la habitación por qué no pudimos llegar a tiempo, al siguiente día por la mañana fuimos por desayuno (queso, atole de avena y café) el cual nos lo cobraron,el baño de áreas comunes no tiene papel

Pros:

Auberge de jeunesse avec chambres individuelles : pas de chauffage et environ 5" dans la chambre le 15 juin, attente d'eau chaude interminable (nous ignorons s'il y en avait dans notre chambre), édredons entièrement tachés, draps et oreillers pas changés, pas de rideaux occultants. Idéal pour trekkers non regardants mais pas pour circuit touristique
