Amazing views, wonderful breakfast, nice view, fantastic gym and great staff - especially the concierge Marquez who helped us send some postcards after we had already left China!
Superbe hôtel
Absolutely loved JEN! beautiful view of the city and cctv building. Room 45 is more spacious than it seems online! Shower pressure is very nice and water is very soft! Room amenities are also very good, not to mention the gigantic sofa near the window is super clean and comfortable. Housekeeping are all super friendly and always refills towels & water for us when we asks.
Floor 1-3 of the hotel connects straight to the China world mall, super convenient. Beersmith is located on the first floor with super authentic quesadillas!! And the Philly’s sandwich during lunch is a MUST TRY! there’s also very good live music from 9:30PM-2AM. (Soul shake band)
三五堂(breakfast/dinner buffet) is located on the 2nd floor. Offering not only nice view and a variety of food options! From salads, sashimi, fresh fruits and juice machines to traditional Chinese/beijing breakfast, hot foods, fried rice, chow mein, eggs, waffles, coffee/milk/tea/soy milk (my fav), super delicate and delicious desserts/pastries, along with cereals, ice cream, yogurt and so much more!
Floor 4&5 are a combination of trainyard gym, and spa. Floor 5 is super large gym with so much equipments! There’s also free water/towel stations throughout the floor. You can also sign up for classes for free. A large swimming pool with beautiful views as well.
Floor 4 is where the classes will be. Dedicated rooms for Pilates, yoga, cycle class, boxing, workouts etc.
There’s also sauna room available as well as massages for a fee.
The only thing is when I checked into the hotel, the lady who handled my check in was super rude, no smiles and had an attitude and proceeds to tell me that there was only a end room available (I asked to not have end room) however, when I got to my room and saw the floor map, there’s technically no end rooms since all rooms wraps around the outer layer of the floor. The corner room next to mine was the room 75 suite, so there’s technically no end room.

The gym is awesome (my reason to book here) and the room was also very nice and big. Breakfast not the best but with sufficient choice also for westerners. Overall a great stay, and amazing price quality. Best of all: amazing gym.
