The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and we couldn’t hear any noise from outside or from neighboring rooms. The view of the city skyline was amazing and the bathroom even had a Japanese-style toilet. The location is extremely convenient: there are many delicious restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away and having a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel was incredibly convenient. A special mention goes to the gym: not only does it offer a wonderful view but it is also spacious, very clean and equipped with a great variety of machines.

Hotel was in the perfect location right next to the china world mall and the facilities were great, especially the gym. One of the best gyms i have ever attended, had everything you could need. I couldnt recommend this hotel enough.

I stayed here for the first time and can highly recommend it. The hotel is in a great location, connected to the China World Mall with a massive range of great restaurants to choose from, plus a huge toy store, an ice rink, a cinema, and lots of other facilities. The room is well-designed, clean, and all feels very new, and the gym is massive (two floors of the building) and world-class. It’s also great value compared to most of the other 5 star hotels in Beijing. Overall, strongly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at JEN Beijing by Shangri-La. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was excellent – very rich and varied, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes.
The hotel is modern, well maintained and comfortable, and overall we had a very good experience. We would gladly stay here again!
The swimming pool is Olympic-style and mainly designed for swimming and training, including for people coming from outside the hotel. We would have preferred a more relaxing pool area dedicated to hotel guests, with sun loungers where you could sit and relax by the pool.
