Luxurious and comfortable stay that makes the holiday even better
Pros:

Very luxurious and comfortable, able to customise my pillows and staff almost immediately act on requests.

Cons:

For an international hotel group, didn’t have any English related movie channels. All were news in Chinese and English. Only drama channels in Chinese.. made the experience a little less than perfect.

Pros:

I’ve been staying at the hotel since 2018 when I visited Beijing. The service level from reception and room service remains very good. The buffet in the restaurant offers excellent food.

Cons:

The service in the beer bar is rather disappointing!

Лучшее местоположение и виды!
Pros:

Где только мы не останавливались в Пекине: 4 Seasons, Ritz, Kempinsky, и другие. Множество раз. От сети Shangri-La: в World Summit Wing, Kerry. Но наш лучший - JEN! Вид на развязку и CCTV всегда! Можно сидеть часами и наслаждаться! (с высоких этажей в World Summit Wing такого не увидишь - там скучно). Лучший отель и расположение! Первый раз я был в Пекине 22 года назад. После этого бываю здесь часто. Знаю все окрестности и хожу пешком так, что местные удивляются. После пандемии всегда останавливаюсь в JEN!

Cons:

Много крутых баров и ресторанов рядом. Хочется все посетить и много выпить.
