Nuestra estancia en el Avantgarde Refined Caves Of Cappadocia superó todas las expectativas. Nos fuimos gratamente sorprendidos por el cuidado que ponen en cada pequeña cosa; es un hotel donde realmente se nota que piensan en el huésped.Las habitaciones son una maravilla. Tienen un diseño hermoso que respeta el entorno y los servicios son de excelente calidad. Desde la buena selección de los amenities y los jabones, hasta el café premium disponible en el cuarto, todo está elegido con mucho gusto y delicadeza.Un detalle que nos pareció increíble y muy considerado fue el servicio de cobertura nocturna. Regresar al cuarto y encontrar toallas limpias, junto con galletas caseras y un té caliente para descansar, hace que te sientas muy bien atendido y como en casa.Queremos dar las gracias especialmente a Gigi y a todo su equipo de trabajo. Su amabilidad, calidez y atención constante hicieron que nuestro viaje fuera un recuerdo hermoso. Recomendamos este lugar de corazón a cualquiera que visite Capadocia.
Como único punto a mejorar, sugerimos trabajar en la constancia del restaurante. El desayuno es fantástico y algunos platos a la carta tenían muy buen sabor, pero en otros falló un poco la temperatura y el sazón. Es un detalle menor que, al corregirse, hará que la experiencia sea perfecta.

The location
Everything was perfect during our stay. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very well designed, with a special Cappadocia cave hotel atmosphere. The breakfast was also great, with many delicious options, and the location was very convenient for exploring Ürgüp and Cappadocia. General hotel atmosphere met our expectations and even exceeded them.
Honestly, there was nothing important that we disliked.

Sentimos falta da área externa funcionar , parecia um local muito agradável mas estava sempre tudo coberto e sem funcionamento .

The rooms and facilities were stunning and very cozy! Food was excellent, beds were comfortable, very clean, and management took great care of us.
Cleaning staff was quite difficult and slow. We had to follow up many times to have pillows changed or get room service dishes removed. When they did come, they tracked their wet shoes through the room without cleaning it up. We weren’t able to use the fireplace in our room despite this being an exciting selling point for us. Lastly, the coffee at the restaurant was always served lukewarm. When we asked them to heat it up or bring us extra hot milk to add to it, they brought lukewarm milk or brought entirely new coffees that weren’t any warmer than the first.

Gece odamızın klimasının sıcak modu çalışmıyordu. Gece 5 te görevli çağırdık ama bilgisiz birisiydi malesef sabaha kadar üşümek zorunda kaldık. Tek olumsuz gördüğüm buydu.

Ich habe das Hotel gebucht bevor es eröffnet war und dementsprechend keine Fotos oder Reviews von Reisenden gelesen. Alles war wunderbar,das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle sind sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück vielfältig, das Abendessen im schönen Restaurant ausgeprochen köstlich.
Man kann das Hotel rundum empfehlen.
