It was my first time in Cappadocia. The reception staff were kind and spoke English well. The breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable and relaxing.

Otelde kaldığım odada klima yoktu pencere de yoktu aşırı havasızdı ayrıca otele giriş saati 14:00 olarak belirlenmesine rağmen odamın başka birine verildiğini söyleyip başka bir odaya geçmemi istediler kabul etmediğim takdirde 17:00 a kadar beklememi odayı o zaman boşaltıp temizleyebileceklerini söylediler diğer otellerde yer bulamadığım için mecburen bekledim ve kahvaltı vasattı

Es war alles sehr gut nur in den zimmer hat es gestunken nach schimmel vielleicht auch wegen den steinhaus , und es war nicht klimatisiert ganze nacht war schwül in zimmer. whirlpool hat nicht funktioniert nur 2 düsen.

We booked a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Upon arrival, it turned out that the reserved room was 2+1. We were given another 3+1 room, but it was worse. Without air conditioning and with a toilet behind a curtain. Breakfast was poor.

Perfect Ürgüp Accommodations
Pros:

Hasan and his staff run a lovely hotel, complete with a wonderful breakfast. The cave guest rooms are amazing, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is just as you want it. Hasan was very helpful arranging tours and transportation, and It is walking distance to the town square, which is a plus.
