Pros:

地點超級方便, 走路3分鐘就有7-11跟許多餐廳, 平價的跟稍微高檔的都有, 房間的尺寸以市區來說還蠻大的, CP值非常高

Cons:

離馬路近, 晚上馬路上的車聲難免會傳進來, 另外有吸菸跟禁菸房, 但鄰近房客的煙味還是時不時會飄進房間
