Sijainti loistava ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ainoa miinus oli vessan haju. Nähtävästi vesilukko. Viimeisenä päivänä haju oli tiessään.

Reasonable setting on the Fontanka. Soundproofing poor.Staff helpful.

Clean hotel with quite good location, close to a shopping mall and the metro. Room was not very big but comfortable, bathroom was bit more spacious with good shower

Booked this hotel in the last minutes to attend the World Cup semifinal’s game. It is acceptable. No lift!

Vi boede i et fint værelse, som dog lå 150 m væk fra det egentlige hotel i en anden bygning. Man får derfor ikke rigtig den service man normalt ville på et hotel, da man ikke kommer forbi receptionen. Men ellers rigtig fint sted, der ligger godt!

I was extremenly dissapointed, I do not underestand how come this is rated 4 stars. You enter into a decent reception office, but then you will discover that is not your hotel, you have to go out walk an enter into a 4 level ugly building, my father has 84 yrs old, and go into a destroyed stairs with, complete destroyed and insecure for older people. The manager in charge basically told us this is what it is and is up to you if you want to stay here or not, you have no choice. the rooms even do are kind of new, is super noisy and you have to enjoy whatever your neighbor is doing or enjoying

Excellent location: public transit, market, grocery stores, malls, cafes/restaurants/bars w/in very short walking distance. Most attractions also w/in < 45 min. walking distance, & one really should walk in Sankt Petersburg because the city itself is an attraction, a living museum. (You will also need to walk to your room as there are no elevators, and in Russia the floor count starts at 0).
Reception staff are very professional and accommodating. Housekeeping staff not so much. When I asked for an extra towel, I got a mini inquisition & a lecture from one of the housekeeping staff. The room was cleaned well, but don’t expect 4 stars worth of amenities or toiletries; might have to ask for items you need; there wasn’t a bathrobe or coffee maker in my room, and free bottled water was there only on the 1st day. Not a huge deal, but if advertised, should be delivered, & as a guest I do not want to keep asking for items which should be readily available in my room.

странный отель.это не отель 4 звезды.это миниотель со всеми вытекающими.4 зв где надо отчитываться сколько друзей пришло к тебе в номер в гости.бред
хорошо хоть не говорили что можно пить или есть в номере а что нельзя,

очень много указаний дает стаф на рецепшн.что не позволительно для 4 звезд и вполне норма для миниотелей коим он и является.в ванной холодно.остальное мило

Номер без центрального отопления в слякотную питерскую озимь, по-моему, перебор Европы.
Конечно есть обогреватель и работает нормально. Но если в этом и состоит смысл 4. а не 3 звезд... Все остальное на добротном уровне: . трехспальная кровать, профессионально незаметный, но работающий персонал, тихий центр, чай в номере, классная сантехника. Со скидкой останавливаться можно.

Нет собственной парковки, машину придётся ставить прямо на проезжей части Набережной Фонтанки. Ближайшая платная парковка в 500м от отеля

I thought I will enjoy, yet was not able to sleep, to much cars driving in 4 lines on this side of the river and the other side, no close restaurant around but the vietnamisr ehere breakfast is serbed only if thete areenough guests, the first morning we were starving and it was closed at 8 am! Otherwise the room (suit) is great. it is old building chinise ir vietnamise owners rent and renovated few rooms. the surrounding is ugly, next to a river, but very poluted due to trafic and no trees.

In general we were happy with the hotel. The hotel is simple and at the same time offers everything you need for a reasonable price. Rooms are not very large, however well thought through. Location is quite good - 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station and around 20 minutes walk from the major sites. The only major drawback is sound insulation - you can hear everything your neighbors say (and vice versa).

Hôtel bien situé, assez proche de la place Sennaya, par laquelle transitent trois lignes de métro.

Il manque un salon général dans l'hôtel, dans lequel on pourrait se reposer, discuter, jouer

Personnel souriant, chambre au standard, bon rapport qualité / prix.
Sa situation géographique permet de découvrir la ville sans perdre trop de temps en transport.
Trois bémols : l'absence d'ascenseur (avec des valises lourdes), l'absence de restaurant (pour les petits déjeuners dommage) et l'accueil situé au premier étage.

I think this place is really nice ! Super warm, people are friendly ! Food is just downstairs , yummy pho!

Yövyimme hotellissa "Golden Age" (Zolotoe Vremya) kolme (3) yötä ajalla 24.12. 2016 -27.12.2016, hotelli oli siisti ja tosi hyvällä paikalla, hotellilla ei ollut omaa erillistä parkkialuetta, mutta minä parkeerasin autoni noim 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päähän samalle kadulle, jolla hotelli sijaitsi! Aamiainen oli viereisessä vietnamilaisessa ravintola-kahvilassa ja se oli riittävä ja hyvä, tilasimme aamiaisen lisämaksusta!
