Muy bien con algunas excepciones.
Pros:

La atención del personal y la limpieza en general.

Cons:

El ruido de las habitaciones contiguas, una noche se pasaron gran parte de la noche cantando, y la noche siguiente en otra de las habitaciones no pararon de golpear las puertas.
Que la cafetería no sea del hotel, sino de otra empresa también es un inconveniente, pues sino separabas los desayunos el día de llegada con un precio especial, después no tenías opción a coger días sueltos y te ves obligado ha escoger carta la cual tenía un precio excesivo, y con poca diversidad.

Quiero felicitar a Ana y Paola por su ayuda con el pago de la reserva. Las habitaciones MUY comodas (buena relación calidad - precio), cama comoda, balcón con vista agradable, baño comfortable, iluminación adecuada. Me ayudaron en todo momento con lo que requeria ganchos extras, plancha, secador, siempre muy ágil la respuesta. La ubicación perfecta para salir a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. La atención en el restaurante buena, aunque el primer día no lo fue, el resto se aprendieron mi menú y me atendieron muy bien. En la recepción, aunque al comienzo tuve inconvenientes en la atención (por desconocimiento) ya se solucionó y la señora (embarazada) siempre fue amable y atenta conmigo.

Cons:

Tienen algunas cosas por mejorar:
1. El aseo, aunque limpiaban todos los dias, note que no limpiaban del todo bien, un punto a trabajar.
2. El menú que tienen negociado con el restaurante, aunque es basico (para el precio) al menos podría uni repetir la bebida, ya que el precio no es económico y solo puedes tomar jugo una vez en un vaso demasiado pequeño.
3. En la recepción podrían ser un poco mas calidos y sonrientes.

Una gran estadía y personal

El personal fue increíble, a pesar de la ocupación se preocuparon por todos y eran muy amables, de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado

Cons:

No había calefacción por la cantidad de gente y la potencia de agua no llegaba a mi habitación pero llegaba agua caliente. Pero lo solucionaron rápido

Tengan atención por qué este hotel cancela las reservas, no se confíen!

Tuve la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Primero reservé con 3 meses de anterioridad. Cuando llegue al hotel me recibieron la maleta por qué no era la hora correcta del check in, después de 5 horas, casi llegando las 6 PM, me cancelaron la habitación con la excusa de que tenía un problema en la tubería. Seguro la habitación se la dieron a alguien más por que tenía más de 10 colegas hospedados en el mismo hotel. Me reservan otro hotel a 30 min de una menor calidad y ni si quiera le avisaron a Booking. Me tocó llamar a Booking quienes me ayudaron y tuve un nuevo hotel a las 10 PM.

Al llegar te recibe una recepcionista poco amable, aire acondicionado dañado, ducha nunca caliente. Caja fuerte dañada. Falta mucho mantenimiento y capacitación al personal.
