dostačující snídaně, příjemná recepční, umístění hotelu blízko Thermália

Cons:

Na pokoji byla velmi cítit desinfekce, smrdělo i povlečení. Protože v pokoji nebylo moc teplo, nemohly jsme ani pořádně vyvětrat. Postele hrozně vrzaly. Netekla teplá voda i přes dlouhé puštění
sprchy. Na chodbě nesvítilo světlo. Vjezd na hotelové parkoviště byl příliš úzký a špatně se do něj zajíždělo.

Cons:

V pokoji 205 je křivá podlaha a člověk chodí do kopce. Je to divný pocit. Dále jsou cítit vybrace když projíždí trolejbus, protože troleje jsou kotveny do zdi hotelu. A koupelna už by zasloužila rekonstrukci, dveře ve sprchovém koutě se nedovírají.
