Es un hotel promedio, pero muy lejos del centro a 23 km y eso limita un poco la

Average hotel - needs some renovation. Service is ok, but could be better. Not very friendly staff. Asking to change the room because of noise was rejected despite having rooms available. Breakfast is ok, but boaring.
Check-In was good, but we were given a room adjacent to the elevator. There was no way to get sleep before midnight and the noise started again at 7 in the morning. The next day, we asked to change the room, but we were told that the hotel was full. Checking on the internet, we saw that for the same category there were still 3 rooms available, so they had lied to us! A big disappointment. It would have been a nice gesture to get this problem solved, since rooms were still available, but we were forced to stay in the same room again.
The breakfast offer is ok.
Hotel confortável, mas bem antigo. Reservei um quarto com vista para o lago, mas infelizmente nos deram o primeiro andar, onde conseguimos ver uma o lago apenas através das arvores. Quarto simples, sem frigobar ou outra comodidade. O café da manhã bem servido. Custo benefício "OK".

Hotel vom estrutura, tudo bem limpinho, aconchegante. Cafe da manha ppderia ser mais variado, mas de forma geral é um otimo hotel para quem busca tranquilidade, conforto e otimo preço. É um bom custo beneficio.
Uma boa estadia para quem procura um bom sossego, e próximo das melhores paisagens de Bariloche. Não é uma boa opção para quem quer ficar próximo ao centro ou com reservas de passeios com agências, pois devido a distância os transfer não buscam na porta do hotel (dependendo do passeio). No mais, o quarto tem cofre, um bom armário, uma ótima e espaçosa cama, e banheiro com água quente e gelada.

Péssimo hotel. Quarto minúsculo não lugar algum para apoiar a mala ou qualquer outro objeto. Carpete velho, sujo com sujeira e cheiro forte de pó.

Eles nem sempre especificam a vista na reserva.

Everything is ok
Hotel bonito, porém por ser antigo está mal conservado, elevador lento, banheiro pequeno e box desconfortável, com uma cortina que não é nada higiênica, o banheiro fica com o piso molhado ao tomar banho. As camas são boas e roupas de cama também.
