Casablanca by Design Suites Miami

From the time of check in to the time we left, the experience was unpleasant. I went to check in at one address and was told I was going to stay at another. The hotel staff where we stayed were not helpful at all, they would not provide me with a hair dryer even though the one in the room didn't work. I was told to call the number of the owner of the unit and that they could not do anything to help me. I asked for some facecloths, as there were only two, they would not provide me with them. The t.v. in the room only had one station, the bed was uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on the floor. The floor was warped, the bathtub faucet was broken, and there was rust and paint chipping off everywhere in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. Very disappointed.

Old tub and appliances, gym isn't included which wasn't explained. we checked in at south hotel but was redirected to drive to north one which was unexpected, all parking is free velvet and wait time can be 25 minutes long.

CHECK IN WAS AT 4 AND WE NEVER GOT IN OUR ROOM UNTIL 10:30 PM AND ONLY CAUSE I HAD TO DRIVE AND GET THE KEY TO THE ROOM FROM ANOTHER LOCATION JUST O GET IN NO ONE NEVER CALLED US BACK..

The facility can use some work. Only one elevator was working and it took forever to g et to our room. The lockING mechanism was loose and missing sews and it was a difficult to close the door. The paint was falling from the ceiling. The closet door inside was swollen and would not close. There was rust on every thing metal in the room. The cabinets were pealing. We sent pictures to the management to record the damage and protect our $250 deposit. The management then contacted us and moved us to another property 10 blocks south wich was much nicer ,cleaner. No extra charge. My advice book the property south of casablanca.

Total renovierungsbedürftig, Bad keine Ablagen und kein Abzug, keine Möglichkeit Handtücher zu trocknen, Fenster gehen nicht zu öffnen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet. Sehr schlechtes WLan. Mit kostenlosen Bus schnell in der Touristenmeile, Strand wird langsam aufgeräumt.

I won't come back, bad attention at the front desk, had to wait 40 minutes for the valet to pick up my car, very noisy.

Dated hotel but great location. Horrible restaurant service or lack of enough staff. Trouble getting checked cause Designer Suites never provided the code to open the door. This property management handling the owner's unit where we were staying never returned my 4 frantic calls. Hotel staff finally helped us to get in the room!

Nice location, but we rented a private room and didn't have the code to enter, was a bit of a hassle and the staff at the hotel was not very nice about it. Nice restaurant, pool, and beach access.

NOT so Good. In the bathroom there was a water leak coming from either under the tub or toilet. We could of slipped and feel & hurt ourselves. The hair drier did NOT work. The sink in the bathroom operation was poor.
We didn't try the stove, but it didn't look very good.
When we tried to checked into the Casablanca the girl at the desk had no idea of our reservation. When we call Design suites Miami there was not answer or call back. Luckily the manager said to go "only 10 blocks" down to the design suites and get our room # and code to get in. Wehan NO idea of what to do and there was no answer at Design suites.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

The view from the 17th floor of the beach and Atlantic was amazing.

La habitación era desagradable. En el pasillo del hotel habia mugre y olor a suciedad. Tuvimos que irnos del alojamiento porque no queriamos pasar ni una noche alli. El personal era maleducado y desganado. Las fotos que mostro la pagina de hoteles.com un engaño. No aconsejo esta pagina ni tengo pensado volver a usarla.

Location is terrific. Pool is lovely. Beach access was a 10. Beautiful views from the room. But...
Room was dreary. Dead fridge, rust, 70's blah. Plastic and silk flowers in the lobby. Restaurant was sad. Just the process of getting my key code took 30 minutes and 3 people.-not what I wanted to be doing after an exhausting trip.
