Pros:

Clean, decent breakfast except for the coffee. The coffee could improve. Good restaurants around the hotel and walking distance to the coast. Walking distance to a big supermarket too.

Cons:

The TV wasn't working so I had to notify the reception. It was fixed for the second day. The room is perfect for one person as it's not very spacious.
The thing I really didn't like is that as of 8-9am they turn off the AC to save power. If you are still in the room, you have to get out of bed (as there's no remote) to turn on the AC manually every couple of hours as it is programed to shut down through out the day. During the night it stays on all night.
Hairdryer only on request, and no kettle or minibar in the room. It's definitely not a long stay hotel. 1-2 nights is enough.
