Hotel bien ubicado frente a la plaza principal, habitación grande,todo limpio,el tipo de la recepción atencioso,el desayuno justo pero un hotel para descansar esta bien. La agua del baño tarda mucho en calentar pero nada de otro mundo. El grifo del lavabo tenía una fuga de agua que ha mojado mi ropa,pero igual no soy tiquismiquis, cerré las llaves abajo del lavabo,puse mi ropa a secar y vida que sigue. Nada que quejarse.

Cons:

Ar condicionado avariado, quarto frio em pleno inverno. Nem o cobertor do armário foi suficiente. Água fria no banho. Ninguém atendeu a chamada para a recepção. Noite para não repetir.

Boa localização
O ar condicionado não deitava ar quente e o senhor da receção arranjou logo um aquecedor e o quarto ficou quentinho.
Do resto gostei de tudo da parte do hotel.

Hotel aceitável para uma curta estadia
Pros:

Hotel simples, com instalações relativamente modernas. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável e ambiente tranquilo. Bom pequeno almoço. Bem situado no centro de Vila Verde.

Cons:

Num dia de frio o ar condicionado não funcionava o aquecimento, o que no entanto foi prontamente remediado pela equipa do hotel, tendo colocado um aquecedor no quarto. No dia de saída, funcionária da limpeza a bater à porta do quarto para apressar o check-out, a tentar apressar o check-out, foi desagradável.

Nous n’irons plus jamais

Cons:

Nous sommes restés trois nuits quatre jours et pendant tout le séjour pas d’eau chaude.
Nous nous sommes douché à l’eau froide.
Malgré que nous leur disions tous les jours.
La seule chose qu’ils nous disait, c’est qu’on était les seuls à réclamer.
L’attitude était pitoyable.
