Dear team,
Thank you for hosting me as a guest but I need to bring to your attention a few matters;
1. You need to train your employees to have basic knowledge of English. It is really inconvenient to use translator every time I need to seek information about something, which usually end up in awkward or embarrassing situations! (I usually leave without my question answered, thanking the employee that she tried her best).
2. I have called In-Room-Dinning service and asked them I need to have Pasta with Cuttlefish and Shrimps. I did say this twice, after waiting almlst 40 mins, the guy came in, who's really nice by the way, gave me wrong order (Coloured pasta with no seafood inside). Later, the guy apologized and gave me the right pasta.
3. I had to ask if this meat is pork, and yet, the lady couldn't understand me and ended up not touching it because I didn't get a clear answer.
-To sum up, the hotel is really nice and will be a good option if you are a Russian speaker. But, if you don't know Russian, you better take a language course before booking. Otherwise, you will really find it difficult to get proper answers to your questions/concerns.
I wish I could have rated this property higher. Although I was nervous (because it was my first time in Russia) Hilton definitely showed me true Russian hospitality. Everyone was kind and inviting.
Although the location isn't central, the shuttle is timely and a quick ride to either the airport or the metro.
We were graciously upgraded to a nice and luxurious suite. The highlight of the trip however, was the wonderful service provided by Gospodin Hamadi from the executive lounge and occasional pop-in at breakfast. He was very attentive and inspired me to return later this year.
Great applause to waiter hammadi, who went above and beyond to exceed every guest expectations.
This man really knows how to demonstrate an excellent guest service, smiling , laughing with his guests but of course very attentive to details .

Very good hotel. Modern. Team members are very helpful. The breakfast room is very nice. The restaurant serves local delicacies that taste very good. The executive lounge is really wow. Worth taking an executive room. Very friendly team.

Ездили за предновогодним настроением, плюс попариться в саунах, поплавать в бассейне. Все так и было! Красивый вид на мегаполис из огромных панорамных окон, а подоконники сделаны как диванчики. Отличный отель, чтобы отдохнуть "никуда не выходя"!

Очень чисто! Тихо. Было ощущение, что мы практически одни. Этого и хотелось после тяжелого года.
В спа-зоне народу мало (посетители приходят по записи на определенное время), спокойно можно было и поплавать и посидеть в сауне (там поют птички). Брали дополнительно спа-пакет. За него отдельное спасибо персоналу спа-зоны: учли все пожелания, специалисты профессиональные, доброжелательные, деликатные. Очень рекомендую!
Ресторан не работал из-за ограничений, но можно было заказать всю еду в номер. Что мы и сделали. Еда очень вкусная! Насладились ужином, сидя на подоконнике с видом на вечерний зимний город:)
Не смотря на все установленные ограничения перед Новым Годом, мы получили огромное удовольствие от пребывания в отеле, отдохнули, перезагрузились! Покой, уединение, внимательный к потребностям гостей персонал, прекрасная еда (ужин и завтрак). При выезде взяли кофе с собой:)

Lovely staff and hotel for my business trip. With the Covid situation the hotel was slightly empty but the staff were very attentive and all spoke very good English.

Отвратительные и просто ужасные сотрудники ресепшн, клиенто-ориентированность равна нулю.

На Невский ехать 40-50 мин(

Close to the airport, shuttle available. The only thing I didn't know last shuttle at 23:05, but Yandex taxi is only few minutes away and cost only $5 to get there..

Все очень хорошо!! На ресепшене очень приветливый персонал !! Все рассказали от и до , spa зона превосходно !!! Все чисто уютно!! Я осталась довольна !!!
обслуживание в отеле, все запросы на ресепшн выполнялись, доброжелательный персонал. Удобный номер. Отличные завтраки. Из минусов могу отметить ресторан Grill bar, неоправданно дорого, небольшой выбор блюд, вкус которых оставляет желать лучшего. Котлетки рыбные из детского меню, по факту являются рыбными наггетсами, скорее всего полуфабрикаты. Обслуживание тоже в ресторане не понравилось. Уборка в номере посредственная, пыль не вытирают. Спа и бассейн хороший. В целом я бы вернулся ещё раз.
Отличная обстановка, качество мебели, материалов. Все продумано до мелочей, даже ведерко для шампанского и лёдогенератор на этажах. Компетенция персонала оставляет желать лучшего; было очень много казусов до заселения, при размещении и проживании.
Восхититиельный завтрак, огромное разнообразие блюд. Отличная работа официантов в ресторане Gril и за завтраком.
