Buen Hotel para su precio. Bien situado en la plaza de S. Martin, pero dificil de encontrar. Limpio y comodo y seguro.
Lo peor el ruido nocturno de los locales de fiesta hasta altas horas de madrugada y las escaleras de entrada.

falta organizacion....al pagar con tarjeta negaron una de ellas que estaba en el prospecto y para pagar con la otra hubo que ir a otra de su firma a varias cuadras de la primera/ falta luces como velador en la habitacion y para cualquier cosa habia que levantarse e ir hasta la puerta para porenderla y luego apagarla...lo hacen todo complicado.....rescato la dulzura de la empleada que tenia que lidiar con estas cosas..en general decepcionante

Nos gusto del hotel la excelente ubicación que tenía, ya que se encuentra a 1 cuadra de la plaza San Martín como de la peatonal y a 2 del Shopping Real Plaza. A su vez en la misma cuadra hay varios restaurants y bares.

Muy buena relación precio calidad. Excelente ubicación, a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas, a la que se llegue derecho por una calle peatonal (la calle principal), donde siempre hay actividad comercial. Solo hay que tener precaución de que no te toca una o dos habitaciones que están justo arriba de un pub que está en la planta baja, por los ruidos. Pero de lo contrario, está muy bien. Y super agradable y predispuesta a ayudar la señorita que está en la recepción. Por el precio, no se puede pedir más. Enfrente hay cervecerías artesanales e incluso en el pub mencionado se puede tomar un rico pisco sour.

São muito prestativos e simpáticos principalmente a dona do hotel Rosa.

The hotel is a nice building, my room was nice and clean. The location is great, because you`re really in the heart of Lima. Negative: The hotel is located directly beside a disco, so the music starts around 6pm till 4 or 5 in the morning, every day! The music is so loud that you hear it everywhere in the house!

We ended up staying in a different hotel because we can not find the address of this hotel. What a waste of money. It was not indicated clearly during booking that the room we chose is in a different locaton.

Cerca del centro, se puede ir caminando a plaza mayor. La habitación limpia y nueva.

Stayed 2+1 nights in double and matrimonial rooms.

+ Staff was friendly and helpful.
+ We could leave our baggage there during our trip to Amazon.
+ Rooms were clean and somewhat comfortable, depending a bit in which room we stayed.
+ Wifi works very well on the first floor.
+ Great location, within a walking distance from big supermarket, all the squares and parks and Metro bus stop.
+ Fans in every room to fight the heat!

- Bars nearby, so noisy during the evenings and nights. Earplugs recommended!

基本的にスペイン語しか通用しないので、宿泊に関するスペイン語は押さえておいたほうが無難です。
ホテルの施設としては、シャワーなど問題なく使えました。
二階はwifiが弱いため、一階に部屋を変えてもらいました。

Great location close to restaurants, bars and scenic places. The area is a bit noisy but a room off the road would be better. We like the view over the road to watch the world go by.

Agradable y seguro

Nous avons été très déçus de cet hôtel qui est situé dans une rue très bruyante avec des boites de nuit tout autour. Le bruit dans l'hôtel est aussi très gênant surtout qu'il vient du personnel qui ne se préoccupe pas de savoir si les hôtes ont besoin de repos ou juste d'être tranquilles. La première chambre que nous avons eu avait des cafards, pour la seconde au moins il n' y en avait pas, c'est déjà ça. A la fin de notre séjour, on a voulu nous prendre plus que le montant demandé pour des raisons obscures, bien sur nous n'avons pas accepté. Seule avantage à cet hôtel, il est proche du centre historique. Mais amateurs de calme, de service et d'un minimum de confort, passez votre chemin.

Located just a block from Plaza San Martin in the busy end of the main shopping street in old Lima. The entrance is pretty unwelcomming but once inside you find an old converted townhouse. Spotlessly clean. Rooms have a nice en suite just lacking towel rails and toilet roll holder ,
although towels , paper and soap are provideds. The rooms have fans, cable tv, wifi and are a reasonable size.

Ideal location, walking distance to Plaza Major and city Cathedral. Basic facilities but functional. Helping hand for arranging taxi connection to airport.
