Pros:

Відпочивали з чоловіком у Харкові 3 ночі, проживали в цьому готелі — і залишилися надзвичайно задоволені. Бронювали номер «покращений стандарт», але при заселенні нам безкоштовно підвищили категорію до напівлюксу, що було дуже приємним сюрпризом. Як комплімент від готелю отримали шампанське та цукерки — відчувається турбота про гостей 💙
Розташування готелю чудове: поруч дельфінарій та океанаріум. Особливо приємно, що відвідування океанаріуму входить у вартість проживання, а на дельфінарій надається знижка.
Незважаючи на відключення світла в місті, у готелі ми цього взагалі не відчули — постійно було світло та гаряча вода, що дуже важливо для комфортного відпочинку.
У готелі є два басейни: великий, глибокий з морською водою (ідеальний для тих, хто добре плаває) та менший — у спа-зоні. Спа-зона дуже сподобалася: сауна, хамам, гідромасажний душ, усе чисто й доглянуто. І великий плюс — спа також входить у вартість проживання.
Загалом враження від готелю дуже позитивні. Комфорт, сервіс, приємні бонуси й атмосфера відпочинку — усе на високому рівні. Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз і щиро рекомендуємо 💫

Все на высшем уровне! Прекрасный номер с видом на дельфинарий- отдельный вид удовольствия!
Было очень приятно получить неожиданный подарочек для ребенка от любимого отеля- рюкзачок с кучей всяких нужностей и приятностей. Супер обслуживание, вежливый персонал, неимоверный вид на крыше, особенно вечером!

Депозити ще якась маячня.
Привиселені мене вирішили затримати для перевірки номера за який 4 000 грн тримали депозиту.
Кондиціонер це взагалі топчик.Старий кондер що гримів всю ніч.
