Pros:

Чудовий готель для відпочинку з маленькими дітьми! Номери чисті та затишні, але найбільша перевага цього місця — його персонал. Висловлюємо величезну подяку адміністратору Ані. Ми відпочивали з дитиною 1,8 року, і для нас була дуже важливою швидкість заселення та увага до деталей. Аня зробила все можливе для малюка та для нас щоб відпочинок пройшов відмінно. Таке щире ставлення до гостей зараз рідкість. Рекомендуємо цей готель усім батькам!

Чудове місце для відпочинку! Чисті номери, комфорт і чудовий сервіс. Але найбільше запам'яталася робота адміністратора Ані. Її гостинність, привітність і готовність допомогти у будь-якій ситуації створили відчуття, що ти вдома. Дякую за такий високий рівень турботи!»

Pros:

Дуже сподобався сервіс, атмосфера та ставлення персоналу. Готель має неймовірну територію, басейни, можливість поплавати з дельфінами — це окремі незабутні емоції. Дуже смачні сніданки, чистота в номері та комфортне проживання. Відпочинок вийшов максимально приємним і розслабляючим.

Cons:

Єдине, що не сподобалось — що так швидко закінчився наш відпочинок 😅 Хотілося залишитися ще на кілька днів, але робота вже чекала 🤣

Сподобалися атмосфера та кількість доступних СПА-опцій. Гарне меню та коктейльна карта у ресторані.

Cons:

Один з номерів на 5 поверсі знаходиться під джакузі, що на даху, тому чутно було гул від насоса. Але то не заважало гарно виспатися після басейну та хамаму.
