It was ok
Pros:

Clean kitchen and living area

Cons:

Too many kids/people in the pool area which is what we came for water was everywhere from people diving in 3ft water no towels we left after 5 mins breakfast was below expectation for pricing

I’ve stayed here many times but will be looking somewhere else time wanting to go to Columbus .
Location is main reason I stay here

Cons:

They need get new fire alarm system, went off in error no one know how turn it off . After multiple fire trucks and firefighters, and over two hours with deafening noise they were able to shut off - I was told by another person thus had happened many times before- so I’d say they need get new systems soon- several people went ahead and checked out early because of it

Very comfortable beds and environment. Rates and fees should be what comes up at reservation

Fast check in , Big Suite , comfortable beds

Cons:

Staff made us go down to counter to get our blankets for pull out couch instead of having them brought to our room . Was charged $20 more than what was stated at reservation plus an additional $40 accident fee that was suppose to be returned after check out but it’s still not returned. Breakfast was out a some man options for breakfast. Suite was clean but you could tell that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned . There was grime and stuff under the top set of cabinets that I wouldn’t have noticed if I did pull up a chair to sit at counter to eat .

Nice place. Great breakfast. Poorly managed.

Someone left a new employee on front desk duty overnight and when I arrived to check in, it took them another 20 min to get me my room key. This was a management fault. Not the employee. Also, party of kids was left unchecked to run around the property at all hours.

Over all it was a nice experience except for the issues with check in due to prepaying booking. .
Pros:

The breakfast was good on both days. The pool was nice.

Cons:

They were some difficulties with check in due to paying through booking. Com and the staff being unsure how to charge account when pre paid.
