la reserva de agua termal excelente, buena comida, pero la habitación muy regular, costoso

Lo que más me gustó es que se encuentra en un entorno muy natural donde puedes desconectar completamente.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que facilitarán albornoz a los huéspedes. Es mucho más cómodo que las toallas para ir a las piscinas de agua termal.

Es una reserva increíble, es como algo fuera de otro mundo, los termales deliciosos

Cons:

Muchas veces uno llega del termal a bañarse, con ese frío y no te pueden cambiar la toalla al otro día, sabiendo que está emparamada.
Deberían ofrecer como tours o hacer la estadía algo más cultural, que te hablen de historia, del lugar, de esas cosas. Siento que lo dejan a uno como “ pagas y disfruta”

Die heißen Quellen und die Spa-Behandlungen lohnen sich!

Cons:

Das Hotel inkl. Essen ist den Preis absolut nicht wert! Das Zimmer war dunkel ohne wirkliches Tageslicht, mit einer ungemütlichen Neonleuchte und das Bett direkt neben der Toilette. Wir haben für ein Zehntel schon sehr viel besser übernachtet!
Das Personal war sehr durchmischt; manche waren sehr gewillt uns mit unserem wenigen Spanisch zu verstehen, manche nicht so.

Sitio perfecto para el descanso, excelente relación calidad precio
Pros:

La atención del personas es excelente, el cuarto San vicente que es para dos personas es muy bonito, grande, cómodo, muy cerca a las piscinas. La comida del restaurante es muy rica, generosa.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la comodidad de las Almohadas, que sean más blandas. Pedirle al personal que cerca a las habitaciones trate de guardar silencio para no interferir en el descanso de los huéspedes.

The staff are lovely, rooms are comfortable and the guest-only pools are stellar!

Cons:

It can get a bit loud, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Also kind of unfortunate that the mineral water to drink is only available in plastic bottles and there are no recycling facilities (yet?!)
