Excellent property in an excellent location with an Amazing team!
The management, reception and wait staff were amazing.
The restaurant was excellent.
The wellness centre was next level.
The housekeeping team noticed that we need extra blankets and pillows and provided them without us even having to ask.
The entire team went above and beyond. We loved it and would highly recommend.

The breakfast was delicious. Nice variety of breads and jams . Good selection of hot dishes.

Everything served in the beautiful restaurant overlooking the mountains with impeccable dining tables dressed in white linen table cloths.
The waiters attentive to your needs.
We loved the simplicity and sophistication of the interior decoration throughout the hotel.
The rooms are spacious with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains .
But most of all we loved the warmth and family like kindness which we received during our stay

Quaint family run hotel in central Lech. Everyone at the property was very friendly and attentive. Thanks for a nice stay, will be back.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Such a nice and welcoming atmosphere with the best staff! The owner family was very friendly and helpful and their staff were amazing!
Rooms are clean, food is delicious and they know how to make it your home away from home!

So friendly and helpful. The rooms were a delight, and the staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great in the morning - sets you up for skiing! The only thing I would recommend would be adding coffee facilities in the room.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Schwarzwand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich betreut und sehr gut beraten, was die Beschreibung der örtlichen Wandertouren in Lech betrifft. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Besonders die komfortable Sauna im Haus sollte hier erwähnt werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und beinhaltete auch liebevoll zubereitete Kleinigkeiten, wie verschiedene sehr schmackhafte vegetarische Brotaufstriche. Wir bedanken uns für einige schöne Tage in diesem familiären Hotel und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir wurden bereits erwartet und sehr freundlich begrüsst. Das ganz Hotel strahlt eine Warmherzigkeit aus und man ist bemüht dem Gast in jeder Form gerecht zu werden. Das Hotel ist zwar klein aber sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer entsprechen vielleicht nicht dem modernsten Standard sind dafür aber grosszügig.

geweldige locatie, rustig, dichtbij belangrijkste skiliften. Zeer hulpvaardig personeel. Goede en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet,
prima 5 gangen diner. Er werd veel rekening gehouden met vegetarische partner. Geweldige sauna en turks bad inbegrepen in prijs.

This hotel and staff members enjoy meeting each guest and to hear about their skiing adventures and makes notes of future requests. They set the bar so high that EVERY other hotel is a sad disappointment to guests expectations. Example: I needed to leave via taxi @ 5:10am to make it to the train station for departure. They booked the taxi for me a day ahead, arrived @ 4:40 am to allow me to eat breakfast,packed a lunch to go & carried my bags to the taxi @ 5:10am. This is 2 1/2 hours before the reception opens. They are 10s in every category, clean well furnished rooms, amazing cook, constantly notating each guests request to quickly complete. They create bonding friendships & can't wait to greet you on your next stay. This is the ONLY hotel I will use on any stay @ Lech.
