Pros:

간단하게 아침 식사 먹기에 좋았습니다.
하루 정도는 먹어봐도 괜찮은 것 같습니다.
1층에 대욕장이 있어서 이용하시기 편리합니다.
고쿠라 역에서 약간 걸어야 하지만 우오마치에서 가까워서 충분히 걸어다닐만 합니다.
호텔 바로 앞 쪽에 편의점이 있어서 좋습니다.

Cons:

룸 클리닝 서비스를 이용하지 않은 날에는 생수를 한 병 줍니다.
다만 룸 클리닝 서비스를 이용할 경우에는 주지 않는 점이 약간 아쉬웠습니다.
에어컨이 23도 이하로 내려가지 않습니다.
더위를 심하게 타시는 분께는 조금 불편하실 수 있습니다.
창문을 열 수 있으나 방충망이 없습니다.
저는 고층 객실이라 벌레가 들어오진 않았습니다.
