Die Lage war super.
Sehr sauber.
Leckeres Essen.
Guter Wellnesbereich.

Cons:

Fehlende Hygieneartikel im Bad (nicht aufgefüllt vor der Ankunft).
Balkone könnten etwas mehr gestalten werden (Pflanzen).
Fehlendes Papier auf den Toiletten zum Hände trocknen (an jedem einzelnen Tag leer!)
Personal hat vor Ende der Frühstückszeit selbst am Frühstücksbuffet teilgenommen.
Personal hat sprachliche Defizite, was die Kommunikation für manche Gäste stark erschwert.

​Perfekte 10 Tage in Sölden – Traumhafter Service & Top-Kulinarik!
Pros:

​Das Essen war einfach top und das Personal ein absolutes Highlight – extrem aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war fantastisch, man konnte sich gar nicht daran sattsehen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Sauna schließt leider schon um 20:00 Uhr, was nach einem langen Tag etwas früh ist. Zudem gab es auf den Fernsehern im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit, sich bei Smart-TV-Diensten wie Netflix oder YouTube anzumelden.
