Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne große Zimmer, das Hotel ist direkt im Ort und die Lage ist perfekt für Skibegeisterte, für den Rummel in Sölden ist man nahe genug allerdings bekommt man so nichts mit

leider bietet das an sich sehr schöne Hotel qualitativ nur ein befriedigendes Essen
Frühstücksbuffett: tägl. gleich, Aufschnitt könnte vorher abgepackt gewessen sein, Aufstrichautomat nicht nachgefüllt, Wasserkocher für Tee nicht in Betrieb, Tassen am Automaten nicht nachgefüllt, "frischer" Orangensaft aus Tetrapack oder Automat,
Abendessen: tägl. gleiches Salatbuffett, Suppen nichts aufwendiges, Hauptgerichte rechtfertigen gar nicht den Aufschlag
Leider stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht!
Das Abendessen in Nachbarhotels ist deutlich ausgefallener. Leider so viel Negatives

I enjoyed with everything: reception ladies, guys in restaurant, the food was delicious. So, I really recommend❤️

The service of the team was really exceptional! Especially in the restaurant. Guys, you really fantastic🥰

Cons:

I like everything and we will come back. Just one little minus: you have to think about the changing of mattresses. They are worn out and should be replaced.

Cons:

При задержке с чекаутом штраф 100евро/час!
Платная парковка 16евро/день! Очень узкая парковка! Очень неудобный вьезд и маневрирование!
Скупой завтрак: сосиски, яйца, булки
При полном пансионе на ужине все напитки за дополнительную плату! Кофе 4,5евро, сок 4,2евро!
До подьёмника далеко идти пешком! Надо каждый раз ехать на машине!

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit exzellenter Küche, aufmerksamem und hilfsbereitem Personal.
Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die exzellente Küche – die Speisen waren qualitativ hochwertig, geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt und sehr ansprechend präsentiert.

Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Kellner Adam N. aussprechen. Er war stets professionell, zuvorkommend und hat mit seiner ruhigen, kompetenten Art maßgeblich zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre beigetragen.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Für eine Familie war das Zimmer etwas knapp bemessen.

Tolle Ausstattung, aber Menü und Personal inakzeptabel
Pros:

Super Zimmer, sehr schön ausgestattet. Tolle, hochwertige Produkte am Buffet. Tolle Lage sogar mit Tiefgarage. Wellnessbereich top!

Cons:

Personal beim Essen war absolut inakzeptabel. Den Kellner, welchen wir die gesamte Woche hatten, sollte sich einen anderen Job suchen. Lies ständig Beste k beim abräumen fallen, man musste Bestellungen mehrfach wiederholen, selbst da wurde regelmäßig vergessen das zu bringen, was man bestellt hatte. Kommunikation mit ihm schwierig, da er das meiste nicht verstanden hat. Solche Kellner in einem 4* Hotel ist schon sehr unterirdisch.

Am Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet nahm sich Personal Essen und mehrere Kaffeegetränke, so dass die Gäste länger warten mussten und verschwanden damit in der Küche zu den Kollegen.

Leider am Abendmenü vermisste regionale Spezialitäten. Zu viel „Extravaganz“, die manchmal nicht wirklich geschmacklich zusammen passte. An einem Abend bestellte wir ein Filetsteak (für wohl bemerkt 47€!) und es kam ein sehr langes Stück, was wohl eher „der letzte Rest vom Fest“ war, als ein ordentliches Filetsteak. Das kennt man anders.

Aufgrund dieser Punkte ist das VAYA trotz der tollen Lage und der wirklich schönen Zimmer für Folgebuchungen für uns nicht mehr interessant.
