Modernes Hotel, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Modernes Hotel, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Rezeptionistin war freundlich und kompetent.
Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht vor allem ein grosses Badezimmer. Zimmer sonst eher klein bei drei Personen.
Abendessen (Halbpension) war gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Eine Garderobe fehlte für die Jacken. Bei drei Personen etwas umständlich. Zimmer eher klein, wenn man nicht zu zweit ist (Ausziehsofa).
Frühstück hatte eher eine kleinere Auswahl.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren ansprechend gestaltet und auch der Empfangsbereich war schön.

Cons:

Personal hätte aufmerksamer Sein können. Es fehlten Handtücher im Saunabereich und Getränke wurden nicht aufgefüllt.

Das Essen und die Freundlichkeit des Personal , Zimmer war okay 4 Mann in einem Zimmer ;) war dann okay..

Expensive for what it offers. Decent room and stay, reception service poor.
Pros:

Location is great.
Rooms are nice.
Shower and bath super hot water and pressure - nice after ski

Cons:

- Half-board - both breakfast & dinner were far from good. No real selection and food really plain and not good.
- staff - other than one young blond guy (who was beyond amazing, helpful, kind, polite) reception staff were not kind, not attentive, not polite…quite the opposite.
- spa is purely adults - good to keep in mind

Super Angebot für nettes Hotel 😊
Pros:

Nicht so groß, sehr gemütlich, freundlich, sauber und super Essen.

Cons:

Wellness für 4 Sterne Hotel etwas klein. Gebühr für eigenen Parkplatz ist in Tirol nicht üblich (laut Booking inkl. Gebühren).

Tolles Haus für internationeles, junges Publikum
Pros:

E-Auto Ladestationen für unterschiedliche Karten in der Tiefgarage. Zimmer und Wellnessbereich wirklich schön. Die Lage ist toll, Shopping, Supermärkte und Restaurants ums Haus.

Cons:

Wer rein internationales und junges Publikum mag ist hier richtig. Wir mögen es nicht, wenn Gäste in Badeschlappen zum Abendessen oder in Skiunterwäsche zum Frühstück kommen. Das färbt schlecht auf das Haus ab. Hier fehlt ggfs. die Hoteliershand, die das eigentlich tolle Haus stimmig führt.

Nice hotel with kind stuff. Good food. Good location. And fantastic skiing in area.
Pros:

Very good location in the centrum. Close to Ski Slopes. Rooms are nice and big. With very nice terrace. We had halfboard, both breakfast and dinner was tasty, we have been very satisfied.
Hotel stuff was very kind.
Spa with sauna and big roof top terrace.

Cons:

We slept well, but matraces were softer to us.
We missed big blankets in spa. Only towels. Next time we take ours. Spa area is nice itself.
