開局就扣分，抵達飯店後，因為空間設計關係，沒有很明確區域及排隊動線，又加上現場只有兩個通道，讓我一個不是萬豪會員身分且無帶毛孩入住的客人不知何去何從，且在現場無員工即時察覺並給予詢問或協助，讓人覺得不是該品牌該有的服務水準，即便後續入住體驗

環境尚可，但對於服務人員的態度，不敢恭維，身為萬豪集團旗下飯店，我想這樣的品質有點令人擔憂。

對寵物的餐食準備也相當友善

Cons:

辦理入住時，櫃檯並未告知早餐時間以及退房時間
且櫃檯人員態度感覺像是要把事情趕緊做完的感覺
給人的感覺不是很好
隔天早上還要去櫃檯主動詢問寵物的入住禮
還被質疑

飯店內寵物友善， 附近毛孩散步也很方便❤️
Pros:

我們這次住的是寵物友善房型，除了樓層比較低，沒什麼好抱怨的。 櫃檯和餐廳的工作人員都對寵物很友善。 寵物餐的部份由於是小型犬，也幫忙剪小塊了。

Cons:

在某些角落有遺落的毛髮～ 然後我的房間好像沒有餐具和碗盤，但因為我這次剛好有攜帶自己的餐具，所以沒有造成困擾。

比較特別的是加入飯店會員沒提醒要提供英文拼音，結果給了我一個姓名完全大相逕庭的名字（出了台灣訂房會有問題），而且還不能改🫪 目前還在請萬豪集團客服刪除我的會員中。
