My stay at Beitou was enjoyable. At first I questioned if it would be okay since it is outside of the city but there are two rail stations nearby that you can easily walk to and after busy days in the city with so many people coming back to Aloft Beitou at the end of the day was perfect. There are also restaurants nearby the hotel that you can walk to. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was clean and spacious. My particular room also had a nice mountain view. The bed was VERY comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend to travelers who want a balance of busy city and calm rest.

1.明訂下午三點可入住，我們四點多抵達，卻告知房間還沒整理好，要我們在大廳等候，等候了一個多小時都沒人還詢問，後來是我們要尋找洗手間時，櫃檯人員看到我們，才說找我們找很久，我當下有點傻眼，因為我們一直在大廳沒有離開。
2.房內冷氣無法自行調整，需致電給櫃檯協助。
3.沒有提供機車停車位，只能在飯店外圍自行找位置，明明付一樣的房費，卻有差別待遇的感覺。

Due to some urgent issue and book the hotel again, and next day check out very early. Still like this hotel, convenient, clean, and nice staff.
The view from the room is quite good to see the big green field.
Like this hotel and always be my second home and contingency hotel.

The walls are quite thin and don’t provide much soundproofing. Due to the way the rooms are constructed, I could feel the vibration of a neighbour’s phone alarm through the bedside table against the shared wall.
設備和所有的盥洗用具都很齊全，房間很乾淨，服務員的態度也非常好距離市中心非常的近，我們到最後的時候才發現市中心有許多好吃的地方還有賣紀念品的地方，很可惜已經是最後一天了，沒有時間可以好好的逛逛一逛，
一切都很好，非常滿意，尤其是只晚班的Eddie服務非常周到＇
唯一的一點就是在服務的旁邊服務台的旁邊，如果有一個可以自動開關的垃圾桶就好了，我們丟垃圾的時候都要去廁所去丟
