環境尚可，但對於服務人員的態度，不敢恭維，身為萬豪集團旗下飯店，我想這樣的品質有點令人擔憂。

對寵物的餐食準備也相當友善

辦理入住時，櫃檯並未告知早餐時間以及退房時間
且櫃檯人員態度感覺像是要把事情趕緊做完的感覺
給人的感覺不是很好
隔天早上還要去櫃檯主動詢問寵物的入住禮

飯店內寵物友善， 附近毛孩散步也很方便❤️
Pros:

我們這次住的是寵物友善房型，除了樓層比較低，沒什麼好抱怨的。 櫃檯和餐廳的工作人員都對寵物很友善。 寵物餐的部份由於是小型犬，也幫忙剪小塊了。

Cons:

在某些角落有遺落的毛髮～ 然後我的房間好像沒有餐具和碗盤，但因為我這次剛好有攜帶自己的餐具，所以沒有造成困擾。

比較特別的是加入飯店會員沒提醒要提供英文拼音，結果給了我一個姓名完全大相逕庭的名字（出了台灣訂房會有問題），而且還不能改🫪 目前還在請萬豪集團客服刪除我的會員中。

寵物極度友善、公共空間可落地！雖無溫泉稍可惜但仍願意回訪
Pros:

房間舒適度比預期還好，最推寵物可以牽繩走遍所有公共空間，對帶狗大加分！美中不足的是平日房價近 $4000，加上一晚 $1733 的寵物清潔費，CP值稍微偏貴。身在北投卻沒有浴缸或公共池可以泡湯也有點小可惜。不過台灣寵物友善住宿選擇有限，雖然常覺得不如出國，但為了我的小狗還是很願意一年來回訪一次！

Cons:

平日雙人房將近 $4000，且一隻狗每晚清潔費 $1733 偏高。狗狗早餐 牛肉太硬，我的狗兒只有吃一半～然後電視也有點秀逗秀逗 有時候反應還可以有時候笨笨的！
