Old Town Residence Krakow

The apartment was in a great location, clean, cute, and
had all the furnishings we needed, but that's about all good I can say about this stay. Because:
1. Had to wait 1 hour for instructions on how to enter the apartment after calling that we've arrived and are ready to check in.
2. No parking on site.
3. Had to climb to the 3rd floor with suitcases and little kids.
4. Located on a noisy street. When we closed the windows, the noise from the street was much lower but the apartment got stuffy and hot.
5. It's definitely not a family friendly building. There was a party above us and bunch of drunk and loud people were walking up and down the staircase, yelling, RINGING OUR DOOR BELL AND BANGING ON OUR DOOR form 11pm till 2 am.
Our kids were freaking out and we got hardly any sleep.
5. Pillows are 1 inch thick.
It might be good location for young people who stay up late and party, but if you need to rest in peace and quiet look for someplace else.

Large appartment, spotless, excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main square.

I can't really review this property as when we arrived it resembled a building site, with work men tiling the balcony area outside of the door to the apartment we were supposed to be staying in.
The staircase leading up to the apartment also lacked lighting and had cables running down the hand rail.
As we had our children with us we refused to stay in the property and after some heated discussions with the receptionist (based at another property 10 mins walk away) they eventually agreed to put us in another property all be it approx 15 mins further away from the old town.
The apartment we eventually stayed in was very nice however not what we booked.
My personal view is that the property managers are taking booking despite the apartments not being fit to stay in and then leaving the reception staff to deal with the fall out.

Fiz a reserva acreditando ser hotel. Mas é um apto com cozinha completa, sala, TV, lavadora de roupa, etc. o problema maior é o acesso ao apto com bagagem e a localização para chegar. (Pois é uma área que não é permitido carros).

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλή θέση. Πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία και στο κάστρο. Πρόσβαση από σκάλες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό. Το checkin γίνεται σε άλλη διεύθυνση σχετικά κοντά 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ και το βράδυ δεν είχε ζεστό νερό. Επίσης δεν λειτουργούσε ο απορροφητηρας μάλλον δεν είχε συνδεθεί ποτέ. Έχει στο ισόγειο σούπερ μάρκετ και πολλά άλλα μαγαζιά για φαγητό και ψώνια.

Location Was great. The smell of apartment when we came Was not good.

Overall it’s a nice stay noise can occur of a night time flat is clean and tidy no issue with the cleanliness....
The bed mattress is terribly thin and uncomfortable sofa bed is what to be expected from a sofa bed the same not the comfiest.
Location is super for the shops, food & visitor sites
Kraków is a beautiful city buzzing with people.

There is currently building work in the next property. The work starts early but had little effect on our stay as we had early trips planned each day and returned after the work was completed. (5/9/19). The price of the apartment does reflect this as it significantly cheaper that other similar properties in the town. The location is great.

Zeer ruime studio op een perfecte locatie in het centum van Krakau; gelegen aan de hoofdstraat (voetgangersgebied) met alle voorzieningen in directe omgeving.
De inventaris van de studio was modern en zeer compleet. Zelf een vaatwasmachine en een wasmachine waren aanwezig.

Dirty towels ( called for new one). Very loud construction on the outside everyday, exept sunday. The workes starten really early and were really loud.The apartmept was okej but smal rooms.

The property has a great location. The parking costs 70 z per day and located 2 min walk from the apartment. We had an apartment overlooking internal garden so it was very quite.
Dis: not all appartments have an elevator. We booked 3 identical apartments...those on 1 and 2 flore did not have elevator and we were not informed before our stay. We also found out that baby coat has to be booked separstly (thogh in booking we booked for a baby) for 50 z and when we arrived there was no baby coat available.
In general the apartment is nice but not spacious or delux

El establecimiento no nos gustó, de hecho, no lo recomendaría ni volvería. Dentro de las opciones que tenía para alojarme en Cracovia elegí este establecimiento porque estaba muy cerca de la plaza, tenía microondas y supuestamente era insonorizado. De los tres requisitos sólo cumple el de la cercanía, los otros dos no son verdad. Lo del microondas se lo dijimos al chico que nos atendió y como si nada, caso omiso ( en las fotos y la especificación pone que hay microondas); la insonorización la especifican porque tiene dos ventanas, pero éstas son viejas y no hacen su labor, se oye todo; y la limpieza, es bastante deficiente: chorretones de grasa en el armario del cuarto y la cocina, estropajo usado y solo un lavavajillas medio usado. Por último, hay un ascensor en el edificio que la persona que nos abrió y nos enseño el apartamento no utilizó para que subieramos las maletas en él, no me digan la razón, pero hubiese sido un detalle teniendo en cuenta que nos alojabamos en el último piso.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä, huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja siisti! Viereisessä rakennuksessa työmiehet aloittivat joka aamu 6 työt ja kaikki meteli kuului huoneistoomme ja he näkivät suoraan ikkunoistamme sisään.. muutenkin asunnon seinät olivat pahvia.

Its was nice location. Near old town walking .

Appartamento bello, pulito e grande ma in struttura vecchia e maltenuta.
Posizione perfetta e centrale, a due passi dalla piazza principale, dal castello e da altre attrazioni della città.
Non c’è reception, ho comunicato sempre via whatsapp, quindi consiglio di chiedere alla struttura stessa via mail un contatto
ATTENZIONE: secondo piano senza ascensore, brutta sorpresa per me che viaggiavo con passeggino

Hotellet var kanon, stora o fina lägenheter. Nära till stan, gångavstånd till allt.
Enda nackdel och en STOR sådan var frukosten, vi var ett sällskap på 10st och första morgonen tog det bara 50 min innan vi fick den, andra så gick vi efter dryga timmen då bara 7 st hade fått frukost.

Every day from. 06.00 - 17.00 (except Sunday) there was a terrible noise from construction workers on the neighboring property only 4-5 meters across the street.
It was horrible!

Helt perfekt lege, när till allt. Enga negativa var byggnadsarbetare på huset mitt emot. Men sådant måst få ske. Fanns öronproppar på rummet så det visa ju att uthyraren var berädd på bullret
