A perfect city stay -- charming.
Pros:

What a joy! The staff was delightful. The boutique atmosphere was charming. The location was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. Our room was super clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I have no suggestions because there was nothing lacking.

Great location, friendly and professional staff.
Pros:

breakfasts were good but the space given to fruit, cheese and cereals was inadequate. The choice of cooked breakfasts was excellent and service was exemplary.

When a taxi did not arrive on time the manager booked us a complimentary taxi on the next day - much appreciated.

Cons:

A better variety of local cheeses would have been good and as I have said above, more space .
The coffee served at the table at breakfasts from flasks was poor. However we ordered flat whites and Americano and these were very good.

The space in the bedroom for the hospitality tray was very cramped, difficult to switch on the kettle and the coffee machine.

Overall it was a most enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Location is perfect for local sightseeing. Breakfasts first class and all staff helpful and courteous. The whole premises are kept very clean and tidy with excellent daily room servicing.

Cons:

We would choose a bigger room if we visited again.

Es war ein perfektes Arrangement zum rundum Wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Einfach alles wunderbar. Tolles Preis/Qualitäts-Verhältnis. Grosses Plus ebenso für das überaus freundliche nette Personal!

Cons:

Es gibt absolut nichts negatives.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Valletta
Pros:

Staff were delightful.
Room was really nice and modern. We were very nicely given a balcony with a stunning view of Valletta, despite only booking a basic double room. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Pros:

Posizione centrale, tranquillità, il personale del ricevimento molto preparato e gentile.

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile, gran parte delle proposte è a pagamento. Nella colazione inclusa nel prezzo della camera puoi scegliere 1 solo piatto, e il buffet risulta piuttosto limitato e scarso per un 4*. Anche la pulizia della camera non è stata molto accurata (letto sistemato in modo molto superficiale). Nel complesso, alcuni servizi andrebbero rivisti per essere all’altezza della categoria di un 4*.

Fantastic city, hotel excellent (bonus facilities we were expecting / paid for extra not available)
Pros:

comfortable bedroom with fantastic view / excellent breakfast / quick to respond and friendly staff

Cons:

chose the hotel for other facilities not just location- gym and bar. Gym very limited- running machine not working, one very old recumbent bike. No bar. Both these were in the booking description, we were offered facilities at a sister hotel but we wanted things on site

Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal und das zu jeder Zeit. Frühstück war sehr gut nur der Kaffee war nicht besonders (Löskaffee). Aber man kann sich einen besseren kaufen. Zimmer war sehr groß mit Terrasse und tollem Ausblick. Lage super zentral.
