Pedí un servicio en la recepción y no enviaron a mi habitación lo que solicité.
El transporte hotel/aeropuerto
Demasiado estrecho el baño sin comodidad el desayuno muy escaso las almohadas muy viejas y ropa de cama tenían mal olor el aire acondicionado no funcionó

Everything very clean
Excelente lugar de paso para una noche cerca del aeropuerto. Las instalaciones son tal cual las fotos. La cama es amplia y cómoda, las almohadas también, el baño es pequeño pero justo para pasar una noche de descanso antes de un próximo vuelo, la distancia al aeropuerto es súper corta, como mucho 10min. El transfer incluido, pasa a las horas indicadas. Tiene un restaurante que trabaja 24h lo cual es bastante conveniente

Falta de flexibilidad en el servicio: Mi acompañante solicitó sustituir el puré de papa por papas fritas. La respuesta de la mesera fue una negativa rotunda, indicando que se debía pagar como un extra. En un establecimiento de su categoría, la rigidez ante un cambio tan simple resulta poco hospitalaria.
Riesgo de seguridad alimentaria: Ordené un arroz chaufa que, según la carta, no especificaba contener camarones. Soy alérgico al camarón y el plato los incluía. Además, en ningún momento se nos consultó sobre posibles alergias o restricciones. Esto representa un fallo grave en el protocolo de servicio que pudo tener consecuencias legales y de salud severas.
Calidad de los alimentos: La pasta boloñesa de mi amigo llegó a la mesa completamente fría. Debido a la acumulación de incidentes, él decidió no consumirla, aunque, por respeto, el plato fue cancelado en su totalidad.
Cerré el baño para evitar escuchar ruido de no se que y con tan mala.suerte que no pude volver a abrir y allí estaba mi cepillo eran las 10 pm pedi a recepción ayuda para abrirlo y nunca llegó nadie, mi vuelo 6 am sin poderme bañar , orinar y lavar los dientes

Good location, good breakfast buffet, modern and clean.
The air conditioning was broken. It only pushed out heat, and it wouldn't shut off. I called several times to do something about it. They came twice, but the third time they said someone was on the way, but no one came. I called again and the brought a small fan to blow the hot air around. I refused the fan saying it wouldn't help. Finally they offered to change our room, but it was getting close to check out time. We left the room 1½ hours early hot, irritated, and tired.
