Buena opción para viajeros en tránsito
Pros:

Para pasajeros en tránsito por el aeropuerto El Dorado es una excelente alternativa para descansar y recargar pilas para el siguiente viaje.

Cons:

Un aspecto de mejora, dada la condición de hotel que recibe mayoritariamente a pasajeros en tránsito, sería aumentar la frecuencia del servicio de shuttle, o por lo menos, enviar un correo al huésped con aspectos básicos de éste (punto de contacto/recogida, frecuencias). En lo personal, tuve que preguntar en el mesón de atención del aeropuerto dónde era el punto de encuentro de traslados hotel-aeropuerto y, al llegar ahí, corrí con la mala suerte de que el bus recién había partido, por lo que la opción era moverme usando otro tipo de transporte o esperar 40 minutos a la siguiente salida.

Pros:

Sólo coloqué la dirección de adónde iba (cita para la visa en toma de huellas) y me sugirió ese hotel, a pesar que el vuelo se retrasó y llegué casi a las 1 perdiendo la reserva , me solucionaron y pude quedarme con la misma tarifa.
PD: no tuve que gastar en taxi ya que pude ir a pie y regresar igual a mi cita de la huella para la visa.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien! No tengo nada que decir en este espacio, solo cosas buenas.

Hotel correcto para dormir cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Tiene justo lo que necesitas si tienes que hacer noche en Bogotá para coger un vuelo temprano. Transporte gratuito ida y vuelta con muchos horarios.

Cons:

Hacía un poco de frío en la habitación, faltaba más ropa de cama. Un poco caro para lo que es.

Pros:

La cercanía del aeropuerto y que te dan el servicio de transporte gratis al aeropuerto

Cons:

Cuando bajamos a desayunar hay un Buffet para los que vuelan muy temprano. Deberían colocar mermelada o queso para los panes. Y servilletas.

No Information about Airport Shuttle, They cut off call and dont pickup again, Rude!
Pros:

Breakfast and other drinks options are good. In general rooms are sufficient for 1/2 person but small. I liked the window view. Near to airport.

Cons:

No communication reply about airport pickup or shuttle. The TV is not working. When called they don't attend calls, after they cut off in the middle of the call and very rude. I ended up paying for taxi more. No updated information about airport shuttle. No way to reach them and they don't answer calls.
