Disappointing Service Standards – Reservation and Billing Failure
Pros:

Location was close to the airport and the general hotel facilities was upto mark.

Cons:

I booked a room here for a guest using my credit card, expecting the seamless service Radisson Blu is known for. Instead, it was an embarrassment.
Upon arrival, the front desk told my guest the payment hadn't been made because "the booking team had left for the day." My guest was forced to wait a significant amount of time and ultimately had to pay for the room himself.
For a hotel of this caliber in Coimbatore, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. A 24-hour hotel should not have its service grind to a halt because a specific team went home. I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this property to colleagues.
