The behaviour of the staff, room service, cleanness,

Cons:

Few things in the room were not working such as drainage of the bath tub, the cupboard light, switch of the hair drier.
The restaurant service was very very bad we had lunch and had a bad experience with the services as we could only find very fewer staff in restaurant
And no indoor games for kids.

Very bad experience and will not return.on fact I demand that I be reimbursed for being misled and treated badly by rude

The food was good, room was large. That’s it

Cons:

Rude staff esp in restaurant. I was asked to move from a table under the reason somebody else was already there but till i finished my breakfast no one sat there. Why was I asked to move?
The toilets were not clean and mold was on the tiles. Not expected from a 5 star property. The tub was also bad. I paid and was upgraded based on the tub but it was not worth it.
