Μας άρεσε η περιοχή . Το μετρό λίγο πιο κάτω .

Cons:

Χρειάζεται άμεσα ανακαίνιση και περισσότερη φροντίδα . Κρεμόταν η κουρτίνα στη κουζίνα και η καμπίνα στο μπάνιο κ.α.

Pros:

We stayed at the two bedroom apartment. It was clean and spacious. Not bad at all for the price you pay. Staff was very helpful and even walked with us to our apartment to show us around.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't served until 8.15. We had to leave at 7.45 so weren't able to have breakfast. Did not see or hear the owner as mentioned in other reviews. The neighbourhood is indeed very bad though.

Die Appartement Tür war defekt und nicht schließend. Für Gruppe 6 Personen zu klein. Wenn das Sofa ausgezogen war, könnte man die Schlafzimmer Tür nicht schließen.

Very disappointing experience.
I had already paid my booking in full, but when I arrived, the receptionist forced me to pay an extra 33 euros or I wouldn’t be allowed to check in. She said it was a mistake from Booking.com and told me to cancel my original booking and make a new reservation directly with the hotel. She also told me to complain to Booking.com for a refund. My family and I felt badly treated, and when I asked for help with the Wi-Fi (which didn’t work), she completely ignored me. Definitely not the service I expected after full prepayment.

El desayuno buffet horrible (el peor de cualquier hotel que haya estado).
El jefe un déspota con su personal
Si necesitas papel WC, (porque dejaron poco para tantos días) te dicen que lo compres en un super.
Dependencias del apartamento sin mantenimiento necesario (Caja de seguridad reventada), enchufes sueltos, vajilla de cocina insuficiente, las ventanas cuesta mucho que se queden bien cerradas
Se oye mucho ruido desde la calle.
La vista de una de las habitaciones es una pared de ladrillos a dos metros

Pros:

Georgia was so helpful and gave us great advice in local things to do and where to eat. I don't often leave reviews but the way she looked after us was exceptional
. We loved the apartment, the location, the beautiful town of Batsi, and the friendly people, an added bonus was the great vegetarian food available in the traditional restaurants.

Don't be so rude.
Pros:

The apartment looks better in the pictures. Half of everthing works. The lift is tiny. They changed the price of the breakfast option. The staff are helpful, though their English is limited. The manager is rude and insulted my son.

If you are looking for a place to return after a long day this is a good place to stay.
Pros:

Great arrangement of rooms, comfortable size beds and kitchen. Decent restaurants in the area, tourist sites are close, popular destinations are a few metro stops away.

Cons:

Mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. A few blocks down there are homeless camps. Streets are dirty.

Location was great, realitively close to the city centre, not too far or close away from city or airport. Metro station really close by.

I did not like anything. The place is not clean and the furniture is not suitable. When I went to sleep, my body started to itch because the bed was not clean. The breakfast was very bad and the service was not good.

Cons:

Nothing I liked at all. The way the hotel dealt with me was fraud and deception. I booked through Booking.com and paid the fees due through Visa. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was surprised that if I did not pay 40 euros, the reservation would be cancelled. I was forced to pay because I had my family with me and we arrived tired from traveling. So I demand that Booking.com return the amount I paid in cash to the hotel.
