Pros:

The hotel is new and clean with friendly staff. Close to shopping and lots good food in walking distance. Need a fridge in the room though. The price was right.

Still being built!
Pros:

The hotel is still being built and the Grand Opening is due in June. There was no mention of this when we booked.
The lift had not been installed and the lobby area was not finished and was unable to be used, we were greated outside.
The location of hotel is down a side alley from a main dual carriageway. There is no pavement and crossing the road was near impossible. We paid for breakfast each morning which we had to have in room, assuming restaurant not finished. Facilities included a safe in room and a refrigerator which were not there.
However the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Once the hotel is complete I'm sure it will be lovely however the location is still on a main road
