The place is very nice and comfortable, the hotel provides you everything you need, even an electric kettle and tee, everything is very well thought out. They even have their own sauna, which is very useful after a day of skiing. Also breakfasts and dinners were very tasty and you could order vegetarian menu, if you like. The staff were great and very helpful! We also had our free parking spot on the territory of the hotel, which is super convenient!

Zimmer hatte einige Schäden und war sehr klein auch mit dem Warmwasser gab es Probleme es war ein ständiger Wechsel zwischen warm und kalt
Bei Anfrage um ein Upgrade wurde dies aufgrund der Buchungen abgelehnt, wir haben aber nachher festgestellt dass das hotel fas leer war
Das Frühstück war wenig ansprechend und auch ein Guten Morgen vom Personal hat gefehlt.
Das Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht mit den Fotos zusammengepasst.
Ich muss leider sagen dass wir hier nicht mehr herkommen werden.
Das Frühstück war super, alles war ausreichend vorhanden und wurde nachgefüllt. Das Bad war sehr groß und die Dusche war super.
Die Küche war sehr klein, ausgestattet mit zwei Herdplatten für sieben Personen. Wie soll man da kochen? Am Ende des Tages hatte es fünf Teller.
Die Zimmer haben gestunken und der Geruch war mehr als penetrant. Das Türschloss war ausgebrochen.
Das Licht in der Wohnung war eine Katastrophe,
Das Alpenheart liegt am Rand des Ortes, leider hält kein Skibus in der Nähe. Laufen zur Ortsmitte mit Skischuhen macht nicht wirklich Spaß.
