They upgraded my family to the apartment free of charge. The apartment is amazing with everything you need. Great breakfast and bar area. Plenty of space and fun things for kids if you just want to relax at hotel for some time. Great location, just 8 minute walk from main part of town, thermal spa and train station. When we come back here we will stay at this hotel. Nikola the receptionist was also lovely, we needed to keep our bags at hotel while we went to thermal baths and she let them stay in room since it wasn't booked the next day. Book this place for your stay in Bad Gastein.

Entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen
Cons:

Zimmer muss mit Code geöffnet werden, 3x falschen erhalten. Nach 3maliger Eingabe muss eine Zeit gewartet werden. Sehr umständlich und unpraktisch. Bad extrem klein. Fernsehsender unsortiert und alle durcheinander. Personal spricht nur schlecht Deutsch. Frühstück minimalistisch.

Krásné ubytování v rakouských Alpách
Pros:

Příjemné ubytování ve Vysokých Taurách s česky mluvící obsluhou. Velmi milý a vstřícný personál; dobré snídaně; ubytování v městečku s krásnou atmosférou; v blízkosti termální koupaliště i lanovky, dobrá dopravní obslužnost; komfortní čisté ubytování.
