Pros:

Hôtel familial. Les chambres sont grandes et donnes sur un jardin. C'est pas du grand luxe mais largement suffisant.
La literie est dur et il y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'établissement
L'hôtel est bien situé dans le carré.
Il es propre et nous avons était bien accueillis. On a utilisé le service de Landry, parfait pour un milieu de voyage.
Il y a un 7/11 juste en face.

Good location and value for money
Pros:

Location is perfect for me. Not a noisy or crowded area but near to places I want to see. Toilet is clean. The microwave, cups and dishes at the lobby are for guest’s use and there’s water, coffee and small cookies too. Communication challenges are alleviated by translation apps. Staff are helpful. Will stay again.

Tout conforme à nos attentes. Un bon couchage.
Pros:

Nous recherchions un petit hôtel au bon rapport qualité prix, avec le petit déjeuner inclus. Nous n'avons pas été déçus ! La rue est chouette et animée.

Cons:

J'aurais juste aimé savoir que le petit déjeuner n'était pas dans l'hôtel même, mais à quelques pas. Car il y a peu de personnel sur place dans l'hôtel et nous avons été surpris quand nous n'avons rien trouvé pour déjeuner le premier matin ;-)
Mais la jeune fille, qui ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais, a tout mis en œuvre pour nous aider et l'a fait avec succès !

Goed hotel, beetje ouderwets.
Pros:

Het hotel lag dicht bij leuke bezienswaardigheden. Een lekker bed en airco. Hotel is niet gehorig. In de kamer geen mug gezien.

Cons:

Helaas was er op de derde verdieping weinig tot geen warm water. Geen haakje in de badkamer. Weinig toiletpapier. De checkout was een beetje vaag, zat geen personeel en moesten de sleutel/keycard gewoon in een bakje leggen.

Pros:

Pretty good area, with restaurants and grocery store very close. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception after check out.

Cons:

All very outdated! The pictures do not match the reality at all. The bedside table was full of stains. Stale smell of bed linen and in the room. Very dirty curtains and windows. We had to ask for toilet paper and change of towels because in three days no one came in to clean.

The room and location where good

Cons:

No hot water in sink tap, need to use the kettle to top up with cold water every time we brushed our teeth and for me to have a shave, the kettle was to big to fit in the sink, I did report on the first day we had no internet it took three days and still not working correctly might get 15min /20min use. We had three plastic coat hangers thats all. There was no safety deposit box in the room there was some sort of metal box but no lock. And the breakfast was very questionable cold fried eggs For all the hotels I have stayed inn this one is not value for money
