Хороший мини-отель
Pros:

Были в конце ноября, в комнате было тепло и чисто. Нас совсем не смущало, что на 4 этаже. Комнаты отдельные, и общая мини-кухня. Есть посуда и всё, чтобы комфортно покушать. От метро буквально 5 минут. Всё понравилось!

Pros:

Отель хороший, чистый. Единственный минус- нет лифта, а отель на 4м этаже. Но это минус многих отелей Питера.

Hôtel accueillant mais sans ascenseurs
Pros:

Immeuble vétuste mais hôtel situé au dernier étage sans ascenseurs, difficile de trouver l’hôtel car ce n’est pas très bien indiqué. Les réceptionnistes sont souriants et très gentils mais ne parle pas anglais pour la plupart.

Pros:

Wi-fi hopeless, toilet wouldn't fluah away anything. However, good locatoin and comfortable bed. Curtains don't do much to darken the room during white nights. Staff friendly but they did try to charge me a second time when I checked in, I think this was a genuine mistake. Arrived very early and they let me check in two hours ahead of time for no extra charge.
I think I got value for money, except it was frustrating trying to plan my trip with the world's slowest wi-fi.
Good bars and restaurants and rigth beside metro.
It's a bit difficult to find but I called and they directed me, inside a courtyard and you must buzz at gate to get in.

Pros:

Очень чистый мини-Отель. Отзывчивый персонал. Есть возможность позднего заселения. Но... ужасно рычащий всё время санузел, очень тонкие стены из гипсокартона, оставили не лучшие впечатления. На пару дней вариант не плохой, дольше было бы не комфортно.
