Pros:

Everything. Only a couple of minor annoyances.

Cons:

Not "didn't like", but was mildly bothered by: extremely small closet (more like "broom closet"); no cups in exercise room for shilled water; broken control for jacuzzi jets.

From the moment we arrived, what truly set this hotel apart was the incredible staff. Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and thoughtful—not just professional, but sincerely welcoming. It’s rare to encounter a team so consistently attentive and kind, and they made what could have been a routine stay feel genuinely special.

The front desk staff greeted me with enthusiasm and efficiency, making check-in seamless while also taking the time to offer personalized recommendations. Throughout my stay, every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable, often anticipating needs before I even had to ask.

One of the most fun and memorable touches was the hotel’s delivery robot. Having items brought right to my room by a friendly little robot was such a unique experience—it was efficient, surprisingly quick, and honestly just put a smile on my face every time. It added a modern, playful twist to the stay that made the whole experience even more special. Our toddler thought it was the coolest thing.

Great service, very nice hotel.
Pros:

Stayed here recently. We were very pleased with the hotel's cleanliness and comfort. Our check-in clerk was Gaby, who gave us the best check-in service we've ever had at any Marriott we've stayed in (many of them). She is a credit to the company. We will be staying again this summer, and looking forward to it.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great.

Our room was nicer than I expected sometimes pictures don’t always match the room when you get there but it was very clean and nice.

The ac worked very well it was sometimes to cold so we had to turn it up which isn’t a bad thing at all better than being hot.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was our room was right next to the highway so we had a little traffic noise but it wasn’t intolerable.
