Pros:

Great location, just a 3-minute walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was quiet and well maintained.

The facilities seem quite new and everything was in good condition. There’s also a laundry room, which is convenient, although the dryers weren’t working during our stay.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Pros:

The room was very spacious, with big balcony, and quiet. The location was great, right next to the train station and the bus departures to Alishan, while being at walking distance to the night market. The facilities were modern and clean.

Cons:

The WiFi was slow. The shower took ages to provide warm water, the drain was clogged and this made the water accumulate on the floor.
