Clean stay, but note that building itself is old. Room is new though.
Stayed for 5 nights. The location is just superb. 5min from subway, and near restaurants, bars, nightclubs and malls. The staff is very nice, friendly, speaks English and they made me feel very welcomed. The room was impeccable, really clean. The shower was ok. My problem was with the courtains that didn’t block the sunlight’s. It was a nice stay, i definitely recommend.

Office is a different building than room
Coffee was good but breakfast was just acceptable. VERY nice service, when I came back with a beer from the store the front desk offered me a nice big glass.
They have 2 types of accomodation: the Hotel and the appartments with little kitchen in separate building. I stayed in an appartment. It was very very basic with terrible entrance. Nice and helpful personnel, Standard breakfast.
Located on vasilyevsky island which is located on a different island to the mainmast tourist sights, however:
- 10mins walk to metro which cost some 50c and is only 1 stop away
- 10mins walk to main strip filled with bars and restaurants
- 24hr supermarket next door and bank with favourable exchange rates
Great staff, spacious and modern room plus good choice at the free buffet breakfast. Also the hotel Will arrange visa for guests post Booking and pre-arrival.
For me it is a better option to stay than the main area due to value of food/accomodation whilst still allowing easy travel to Allbrook the sights.

Ausweichhotel in Stadtnähe. Gute Anbindung an die Metro. Wenn man Pech hat liegt das Zimmer gegenüber der Strasse in einem anderen Gebäude und damit Rezeption bzw. Frühstücksraum, war für uns aber auch nicht so entscheident.
La llegada al hotel es un poco complicada pero gracias a los locales logramos encontrarlo, la entrada a la habitacion puede ser mejorada pero el servicio, las condiciones de la habitacion, la comida y el espiritu del personal del hotel hicieron que nuestra estadia fuera ideal.
