Cons:

Well, what can I say. I arrived 15 minutes past the check in time and the instructions message I was promised hadn't arrived. I called all the phone numbers available, even the "after hours" one, ignoring the fact that the voice menu was only in Swedish, and absolutely nobody picked up. I wandered around the rooms to see if they had left the key in the door like they had said but no keys were to be seen. I walked to the shop/reception and nobody was there. In the restaurant there seemed to be staff but the doors were locked and they actively ignored me knocking on the windows.

I booked at the Stad Hotel and went there immediately.

The day after, it turned out that the message was not sent due to an unspecified "error" and nobody thought of checking. To be fair, they did offer a full refund, but I had rather not have been left out in the rain for an hour like an idiot.

Det var ret i rummet och personalen var tillmötesgående.

Cons:

Hög musik från intill liggande restaurang störde sömnen. Både fredag och lördagsnatt.
Det fanns ingen porslin eller bestick på rummet, fast vi hade vattenkokare, Micro och kylskåp. Ingen frukost heller fanns.
Behövs en extra handduk att lägga på golvet i badrummet. Golven blev halkiga efter!duschen. Sängarna var bekväma, men ”lät” när man rörde sig i dem.
Priset för hotellet var tillräckligt högt för att förvänta sig mer än vi fick.

Frokost helt grei. Beliggenhet flott. Stille og rolig. Fine rom, men kunne vært bestikk, om så bare engangsbestikk. Fin beliggenhet i forhold til butikk og centrum. Kanabsolutt anbefales. Flott med bord og stoler utenfor rommet, veldig bra. Dusjen var veldig bra!! Jeg kommer tilbake!!

Få kanaler på TV og manglet bestikk.
