Хороший современный отель, рядом много интересных заведений. Номера комфортные, хоть и не большие. Постельные и туалетные принадлежности хорошего качества, завтрак разнообразный и много неповторяющихся позиций
Really good hotel, but, The personell, wasn't that good talking English so it was hard to communicate with them, Reception personell was good in English but restaurant personell couldn't speak English.
Останавливались с женой второй раз, предыдущий был год назад, всё хорошо, кроме того, что тапочки и расходники были только для одного человека, пришлось звонить просить...
New hotel with cheap interior decorations and poor guest service.
Завтрак хороший, но не великолепный. Хорошая обстановка при завтраке. Ванная хорошая. Тапочки хорошие.
Отель понравился. Комнаты непривычно малы, но все компактно, современно.
Все , что нужно есть. Кровати очень удобные, изоляция хорошая.
Завтраки немного не оправдали ожидания, можно проработать более разнообразное меню. Но ранний завтрак в номер порадовал- все свежее и горячее в 4 утра. Раньше останавливались на правом берегу, теперь будем в это отеле. Метро в двух шагах.

very modern great staff food was pretty good. I really likes the design and how there was at least a smoking room on my floor since the hotel rooms were non smoking this was convient. the strip club is more expensive then the staff said it was but it was nice. a bit tricky and money hungry down at the gentlemen's club but overall good hotel.
Everything was great, except for the fact that they didn’t make a cleaning in my room
Всё отлично, всё понравилось! В номере очень чисто. В ресторанчике на втором этаже всё было очень вкусно! Рядом метро и разные торговые центры. Рекомендую!

Parking was NOT included! I was offered to pay 500rubles (10$) for an underground parking or park on the street! What a heck? Whereas expedia clearly states "parking included", why these guys want me to pay? This was the most disappointing flaw. Also, I would expect at leat toothbrush, paste and a comb for about 100/night in Novosibirsk. They do offer it, but for extra money too.
Very Nice hotel in a área with bars, restaurante, drugstores and all a visitant needs.The standard rooms are small , but de luxe are very good.

здравствуйте! Спасибо, за прекрасный сервис и отличный номер. Отель новый, стильный, чистый. Так держать.
Очень комфортный и уютный, при этом стильный и современный отель. Из мелких минусов только парочка слегка разболтанных сантехнических элементов, не идеальная звукоизоляция (чуть слышно телевизор у соседей, когда в номере совсем тихо), всё остальное на отличном уровне. Несмотря на расположение на дальнем берегу в Новосибирске, хорошая транспортная доступность (рядом метро).
This hotel is brand new and a beautiful atmosphere. The Georgian restaurant is amazing! The staff at the hotel was kind and helpful. They spoke English very well! I highly recommend the Mirotel!
