It offered excellent value for money.
Pros:

GREAT and beautiful location close to the old town. It offered excellent value for money. We have already returned once, and we will come again in the future.

Cons:

Small place for have the breakfast and the dinner: Breakfast at La Belle Vie, located by the promenade, was excellent; however, we could rarely find a table upon arrival because the number of diners far exceeded the venue's ideal capacity. Unfortunately, a shortage of service staff—such as those needed to clear tables after guests left—also compounded the issue. Despite this, we had a wonderful time, as the location was fantastic.

The room is very small; we were there with an 8-year-old and barely had enough space.

Vodice top destinacija
Pros:

U ovim hotelima nisam prvi put tako da samo po sebi govori da se ide tamo gdje ti se sviđa i gdje je provjereno a upravo su to Arasusana&Antonina.Sve je ok i osoblje u kafe baru,restoranu i osoblju hotela i naravno hrana(doručak i večera).
I naravno privatnost plaže je vrh mog zadovoljstva.

Cons:

Pa nemam primjedbi jedino da nešto izmislim što nije tačno a to ovo mjesto mi se sviđa i samo pohvale

Tolles Hotel an einer tollen Lage☺️
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Schöner Strand ein paar Meter weiter. Nahe an Vodice. Sehr Zentral. Zimmer waren sehr schön und neu.
Das Essen war sehr lecker 😊

Cons:

Die Bedienung. Egal ob beim Essen oder im Café nebenan. Beim Essen haben wir nichts zu trinken bekommen. Sie ist immer nur mit einem Getränk rumspaziert. Viele hatten nichts zu trinken bekommen bis man gegessen hatte. Im Café saßen wir auch über 15 Minuten ohne das mal jemand kam. Mussten rufen und winken. Und das Café war nicht überfüllt.Unfähiges Servicepersonal.
Das ist auch das einzige was wir nicht gut fanden.

Met our expectations, we recommend this hotel
Pros:

The hotel and restaurant staff were outstanding – a huge thank you to all of them! We were especially impressed by the lifeguard, who was incredibly attentive and professional. We witnessed her performing CPR on a person at the beach until the ambulance arrived, and later helping an injured child. In our experience, it’s rare to see such a professional, alert at all times and well-trained lifeguard!
We also celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a gift and a lovely card in our room. It was very nice of them !

Breakfast and dinner were tasty and offered a good selection of basic dishes. The buffet wasn’t huge, but it met our expectations. We also had lunch from the meniu at the restaurant several times – the food was good and reasonably priced. Staff also prepared us breakfast boxes as we went to Plitvice lakes really early in the morning.

Wifi was good, although the signal strength varied depending on the location. By the pool or sea it was weak, but in the room signal was really good.

The rooms could use some renovation, but they were clean, serviced daily, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the heat wave. Seaview was really nice!

Hotel is right next to a lovely shallow beach, making it perfect for families with young children. We also really enjoyed the hotel grounds with plenty of pine trees providing shade, and the pool was pleasantly refreshing without being too cold.

Overall - we were very happy choosing this hotel :)

A few things to keep in mind: pool towels cost €5/stay, and parking costs €10/day

Cons:

We didn’t have any major complaints, just a few small things that could be improved or are worth keeping in mind.

If you add an extra bed to the room, it becomes quite cramped and it’s difficult to access the minibar/fridge. The in-room safe is also too small to fit a laptop.

No drinks are included with dinner. It would be nice if at least water were complimentary, especially during a heat wave. Also no vegan options other than few fruits and vegetables.

Finally, including pool towels in the room rate would give the hotel a more premium feel.

Tolle Lage, nettes Personal , Kontrolle der Gäste im Garten- wo die letzten Jahre die Liegen, WCS und Duschen von nicht Hotelgästen belagert wurden

Abbiamo preso delle camere triple in 1/2 pensione, il terzo letto era una brandina da campeggio.
