Customers are King for Bhagini... efforts acknowledged.
Pros:

Post my feedback, the team had made utmost efforts in correcting, which was evident. Sameer the manager had made efforts to ensure the customer is given walk through of their demands are continuously being met. What i loved the most the acknowledgement and corrective actions which not all hospitalities are taking care. This time the team at Bhagini not only have improvised but assurance given to the customer is what is appreciated. Bhagini is climbing their standards every day in all ways possible. Bhagini's team efforts much appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing in specific, now they have introduced dinner buffets though the spread is small, quality can be improved.

Bhagini disappointing.
Pros:

It use to remain my preferrred accommodation, now need to look for better accommodation. Bhagini has lost its standards.

Cons:

Bhagini is no longer meeting the same standards. The room AC was very bad nosiy through out night and bathroom, the shower water doesn't drain properly and flows through out the bathroom, making us to walk on the dirty water. Air dryers are available only on request. The resturant at the reception area servers food over priced and doesn't longer remain tasty. Found fly in the item and had to ask them to replace. Off all, drinking water was rationalized, 24hours a room gets 1l, anything more would be chargeable. Basic necessity of water should be made available to the guest and shouldn't be capped.
