Ha desmejorado demasiado para lo que era en otras épocas!!! No se siente la misma grandeza de antes. Por más de que hayan cambiado el restaurante, no se, se siente un poco desmejorado. Los meseros muy amables, en recepción todos queridos pero uno de ellos si nada que ver! (Gordito bajito, no recuerdo su nombre)

Cons:

El agua de la piscina está DEMASIADO FRÍA, aún siendo las 12 del medio día se mantiene HELADA. Antes tenía calefacción. EL AGUA ESTÁ DEMASIADO FRÍA PARA NADAR, dejé la petición con el personal para que llegue a la gerencia porque la piscina está muy buena, con calefacción sería perfecta. Muchas gracias , ojalá en la próxima estadía hayan tenido en cuenta esta

Cons:

El trato del personal de recepción y el personal en el bar de la piscina, ha bajado mucho la calidad humana que caracterizaba el hotel, la recepcionista que nos recibió fue descortés además en la piscina habían cables electrónicos sueltos saliendo de la lámpara de luz DENTRO DE LA PISCINA lo cual es un peligro para los huéspedes.
