ARRIVAL:

Upon arrival, payment of the TOURIST TAX will be requested. The amount is charged per person (guests over 16 years old) and per night. As this is a government tax, it will never be included in the total reservation amount or charged before arrival.

Hotel bien ubicado y en su precio
Pros:

La ubicación estaba bien fuera de el bullicio de Andorra.

Cons:

Los desayunos y cenas no variaban mucho habían los mismos platos y cambiaban alguno pero poco más.

Instalaciones demasiado antiguas, no vale la pena calidad precio, el parking se paga aparte y está sujeto ah que haya lugar.

Me encantó la limpieza de la habitación, que estuviera a punto a mi llegada, también las diferentes estancias del hotel, excepto el comedor y la cafetería. Por último, pero no menos importante, me pareció maravillosa la atención de la recepcionista, (pero solo la de la chica jovencita, morena).

Cons:

La verdad es que estoy un poco decepcionada y creo que me faltaría espacio para ponerlo todo, así es que pondré lo mas relevante. Me parece imperdonable el mal servicio del comedor, cocina, cafetería... Empezando por la suciedad, descontrol, descoordinacón, el personal hablando de sus cosas y no atendiendo a los clientes, además de ser un poquito desagradables, el personal de la cocina paseándose por el comedor con ropas muy sucias e incluso hurgandose la nariz con los guantes de cocinar, en el suelo del comedor se te enganchaban los pies y la comida...poca, de muy mala calidad y muy mal cocinada. De la ubicación, a ver, yo soy una enamorada de Andorra, me gusta, por decir algo, hasta la aduana, pero...es que el hotel está metido en un callejón y rodeado de obras y grúas, por lo demás...bien.

Hôtel vieillot mais agréable quand même

L’accueil au petit déjeuner
La facturation du parking a 15€ la nuit
Et 51€ de frais de dossier ou un supplément d'occupation pour la deuxième chambre.
Une taxe de séjour payé à Booking et prélevée de nouveau sur la CB!!!!
Ce qui ramène la nuit d’hôtel pour 2 chambre à 203,69€ soit la nuit d’hôtel passe de 66€ à 101€!!!!
