Pros:

施設、部屋等は清潔でとても綺麗だった。
ただ受付場所の窓が真っ黒なのが気になった。
呼び鈴はあるがチェックイン、チェックアウト時は受付の場所は開けていてほしかった。

Pros:

機器の不具合で、源泉掛け流しの客室露天風呂が2日目の朝利用できませんでした。楽しみが半減しましたが、一部返金と素泊り無料券を頂きました。宿の対応には満足しました。

お手頃な金額でお勧めです。
Pros:

お風呂にお料理に満足できる金額でした。
コロナ中の家族旅行には、あまり人と合わず
よかったです。
窓に網戸があればよかったのとエアコン調整と
布団の厚さが合わず暑かったです。
布団は、もう少し薄くていいかもしれません。
景色もよくお料理も子供も喜んで楽しくすごせました。フリードリンクは、よかったです！

Pros:

由布院の賑やかなエリアからは少し距離があり、徒歩で移動するのは難しい立地ですが、静かで落ち着いた場所にあり心身ともにリラックスできます。
各お部屋にある半露天風呂も、お部屋もきれいに掃除されていて心地良く過ごさせていただきました。
ひとつだけ欲を言えば、室内に前身の映る姿見鏡があれば身支度を整えるのにいいなぁと思います。

地點很方便由博多JR站行去只要5～8分鐘路程，房間設備齊又有按摩腿腳機，如果行完一日好累可以放鬆一下腿部腳部，最重要酒店不是只有暖氣，房間晚上睡覺時不會太悶熱。

Nice hotel, nice view, nice staff
Pros:

Location a bit far from JR station. Highly recommend self drive. Also have pick up service.(but I am self-drive this time)

City view room is amazing! Room is large enough and clean and tidy.

Hot spring is good. Must try!

Dinner (Sukiyaki) is nice but just few pieces. And breakfast is good also.

Staff is helpful and nice.

但是旅館偏離景點沒法步行前往
比較適合自駕遊人士
但旅館內設施狀況還好而且有土產店
住宿時候感覺不錯
選擇的是包括早餐晚餐的房間
但用餐沒有想像中好吃
而且不可以選擇，如果可以讓客人選擇餐牌/升級更佳

Pros:

Small roykan, which is more of a restaurant and gift shop where tourist stop over for meal and gift. Room are small with balcony, could have use the balcony to extend the size of the bedroom.

check in 沒告知未含小孩的早餐,也未詢問是否要加購小朋友的早餐.隔天用餐時工作人員也帶領我們2大2小入座,每人一份早餐定食,之後下一組客人要用餐,才發現他們將另一組2位客人的早餐給了我們的小朋友,我們表明願意支付2位小孩的早餐費用,結果他們收了7000日圓,在我看來這份早餐定食價值不到1000日圓,他們收了3500日圓一個人,我們甚麼也沒說也付了,整個旅館就是名產店另外再搭建經營的小木屋,沒有甚麼質感與服務
